  1. Urban made the decision, not Braxton. Get a grip.
  2. Why do you end everything with "Problem?" That's a sign of insecurity. If your happy, just leave it at that. Oh, and in case you forgot http://i288.photobucket.com/albums/ll171/GN1295/alabama-liveblog-photo_zpsqdav0mo5.jpg http://i288.photobucket.com/albums/ll171/GN1295/16688520-standard_zpsq45fmdyz.jpg
  3. Watch (because you have to) vs Understanding. Big difference.
  4. A dancer watches CFB? Who knew...............
  5. Another Bama inbred who hasn't accepted the Sugar Bowl embarrassment.
  6. It wasn't your decision on this particular stop and since you weren't there, you don't know exactly what transpired do you and whether or not a citation was the best course of action. I shouldn't have to explain this to you if you have been a LEO for 23 yrs. And if you weren't paying attention, he did give her a warning for the most serious and expensive offense.
  7. Read the thread from the beginning. What I said in an informative way from the start is obviously what happened. The OP turned it into a bitch fest because of a lack of knowledge.
  8. There's your violation right there in your (her) own words. At the beginning of this thread I tried to explain to you likely happened but all you wanted to do was talk uninformed shit.
  9. I would write this in crayon if I could so maybe you could understand. I never said anything about a right on red. Now listen, if she turned right and didn't maintain the lane curb lane initially but just moved into the left lane to make her next turn at the light like you explained then it's a violation. KNOW THE LAW BEFORE YOU RUN YOUR MOUTH, Period. Be a big boy and go to court or ask your wife what the officer REALLY told her. I realize that you and spectra think EVERYONE should get warnings all the time but it's called being held accountable for your actions a not whining like a b*tch. She got a break believe it or not. He did use discretion and you guys still cry. You have a real job but can't afford a SB ticket because of your "Limited income" without making a thread about it. Never said I was a cop. Just can read and comprehend the law and don't blame others every time something doesn't go my way.
  10. How's it a dick move? Cheaper fine and no moving violation. He did her a favor and they still bitch about it. Amazing.
  11. I'll tell you what. Call the court and tell them that your wife would like to appear and contest the reason for the stop which if she's right it will make the SB ticket unlawful. You can got to court with her and listen to and watch the traffic stop from the officers' in-car and see what actually happened and then update us. Also, if she's turning right and doesn't use the right hand lane after she turns, that is a violation of 4511.36. You have to move into the nearest lane when turning and your pic actually supports the violation. You might want to read the ORC section next time that's listed on the ticket as a warning. (W). I'm not going to explain the fine vs court costs AGAIN. Go to court and see who's the honest one.
  12. Because that's what she told you, right? Holy sh*t is right.
  13. What are you having a hard time understanding? He gave her a break for the improper turn. "Thus why no ticket"..............What does that even mean? He could have cited her for that AND the SB but instead gave her a warning on a more expensive violation. Pretty simple really. What would you have complained about if she had received an improper turn citation? I'll repeat, she didn't tell you the whole story.
  14. What exactly did HE get away with? Sounds like you didn't get the whole story.
  15. She was given a warning for improper turn at intersection (4511.36) as written in remarks section near bottom.
  16. Not true. Court costs are included whether you appear or not. They are included in the total amount. If you appear, then the judge has the discretion to reduce the fine as far as he wants but typically the court costs remain the same.
  17. You have to factor in the court costs. All violations have a fine PLUS court costs. The fine is likely $30 with the rest being court costs whether you appear or not. Not wearing a SB OR wearing it improperly is the same thing, same section of law and same penalty. I don't think you are getting the whole story or your wife misunderstood or didn't hear the reason she was stopped. He probably warned her for the moving violation which saved her $$ and possibly points.
  18. Actually, a Pa state cop told me that 95% of their job is traffic enforcement which is the case with most state agencies including OSP. You might want to research the illegal weapons, drugs, wanted felons etc that they encounter while doing traffic. Times have definitely changed with OSP.
  19. All counties are different and typically the moving violations are more plus no points. Why was she pulled over? The amount is fine and court costs so i assume $95 court costs.
  20. Sounds like she was stopped for another violation and since she was wearing the SB improperly (which is illegal technically) the officer gave her a break on the original violation and cited her only for the cheaper non-moving violation.
  21. You can no longer possess the vehicle that the plates came off. Traded, sold, junked but not in your garage or backyard.
  22. I know they work that road hard, I just don't buy the 72 in a 65 ticket unless he was giving a break on the speed for whatever reason or something you said or did pissed him off. Just my opinion.
  23. Either way, Hoke is TRYING something that Woody made famous by not calling them by name. Spin it any way you want.
  24. Are you sure he didn't reduce your actual speed, or did you piss him off. OSP doesn't write for 7 over unless something else is going on.
