  2. I lived in Lakeview Square on Sawmill for awhile back in '03. No complaints really except it was a couple miles from any freeway and Sawmill/Bethel traffic can suck, but there is a lot of stuff to do around there. 2 stories, 2 bedrooms (each with its own bathroom, and laundry room inside the master bdrm was a huge plus), fireplace, attached garage, and pets allowed. There's a pool, party room, "gym" room, etc. There might be nicer places, but that's my experience and two cents.

i currently live in lakeview square. rent is $965(including pet fee), the attached garage is a bonus. you're right on sawmill so everything is within a few minutes of you.

ask for 1 of the units with a driveway, it'll be 1 less parking spot to worry about getting....and an end unit. we have very loud neighbors and cheap ass thin walls.

  3. Sentencing criminals to death costs taxpayers more money than life without parole AND research has shown the death penalty does not to deter violent crime.

may not deter, but it's 100% effective in preventing repeat offenders.

many "life" sentences are often approx 25yrs(varying by state), then they're eligible for parole.

  4. FS: steeda catback exhaust coming off an '04 cobra. upgrading to a 3" system and don't have room to store an extra catback. exhaust is in good condition, tips are a little dirty but should be easy to polish.

mild idle - loud WOT - minimal highway drone.

it is still on the car, which is at the shop getting some upgrades. i don't have any pics at the moment, but can get them if urgently needed.

the only 1/2 decent video i have is a couple flyby clips...you mainly here the blower, but you get a good sample of the exhaust once the car goes by. *with lt's and o/r x*

    $400 obo - $500 w/shorty bbk o/r x. dublin, OH

  5. I've dealt with Rob many times and he knows more about cars than anyone I've ever met... like he knows stupid shit about cars, like specific models that had trim pieces in special places, etc....

I really like Rob and he's done a lot of stuff for me on the cobra without charging me an arm and a leg.

This thread was made shortly after that car caught on fire and it made me paranoid...

  6. I'd be interested in how you'd know that his test drives are "vigerous"

anyways, I do my work myself because I don't trust anyone else.

i've witnessed him in other cars. hell, he's even posted videos of him and his gf at the time doing brake stand burnouts at his shop.

i wish i could do this shit myself...save a lot of $. unfortunately, i'm not that mechanically inclined. i can do little things, oil change, rotate a tire...but this is over my head.

  7. I am in need of some shop recommendations. It's been brought to my attention that my previous mechanic, who will not be named...but has had a falling out on this page some time ago, has a habit of taking cars on a "vigorous test drive".

Is there anywhere I can go that wont rape my wallet and car when I drop it off? My current needs are bearing replacements in clutch(I have the pilot bearing, TOB and TOB retainer sleeve) along with tracking down/repairing a possible vacuum leak and hopefully in near future I will need someone to do a mustang DOHC cam swap(again, I have all the parts...just need labor).

Any recommendations are appreciated. I live in Dublin, but don't mind driving out a little to find a decent place.

  8. How is this type of riding any different than the highway races a lot of peeps do on here for bragging rights. I would rather be struck by a 600lb bike than a 3600lb automobile.

Most highway racing doesn't involve swerving through traffic.

  9. copy pasta from the google -

    transitive verb

: to steal and pass off (the ideas or words of another) as one's own : use (another's production) without crediting the source

    intransitive verb

: to commit literary theft : present as new and original an idea or product derived from an existing source

1 says it's using someone else's shit and calling it your own.

the other is reusing something and presenting it as original.

i'd reuse it and just cherry pick that first definition IF you get caught...just play dumb and say "oh, i didn't realize i could plagiarize my own shit, faggot!"
