  1. Good info, appreciate you sharing. It is for my 2016 but I have premiumcare out to 100k miles and lifetime drivetrain. My biggest concern would be impacting those as I plan to keep this car for the long haul. I’ll be sure to bring that up with the Ford service tech
  2. Good call on Rabid and Lebanon, I’ll give them a try. I tried Dick Masheter; still waiting to hear back. Good question on the specific requirements on what certified means to Ford. On the mustang forums the guys said any ase certified mechanic can do the work, but I’m not seeing anything online that can back that up. Appreciate the comments guys.
  3. Or an inside person at a Ford garage. I’m looking to get the stage 2 power pack from Ford for my mustang. Nothing crazy, throttle body, intake, and tune. The catch is that it needs to be installed by Ford or a certified mechanic to avoid any warranty drama. I’ve called all the big dealerships in central Ohio to get a quote and all of them needed to ‘check into it’ and get back to me. I haven’t gotten one call back in the last week. I would love to give Ford the opportunity to do it but it seems like they have bigger fish to fry. If anyone has an insider at one of the local dealerships I’d be happy to work with them. Otherwise if there is a go-to certified mechanic this group prefers, I’m happy to go that route as well. As always, thanks in advance for the help!
  4. I’ve got around 100 quarts of used motor oil I need to dispose of. Local parts stores won’t take the full amount. Do you guys know of any places that will take that large of an amount? I’m in the Pickerington area. Thanks!
  5. Had the same issue when I started working from home a few weeks ago. Got this one. Super comfortable for extended periods and big guy approved. http://OFM Core Collection Modern Fabric Upholstered Office Chair, Cushioned Arm Chair, in Gray https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07V4N6ZCT/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_OgOJEb0ARSA8N
  6. Another vote for the Firestone firehawk Indy 500. Have them on my ‘16 mustang gt and have zero complaints. I think you’d be hard pressed to find a better value for the money. https://m.tirerack.com/tires/ratings-review.jsp?tireMake=Firestone&tireModel=Firehawk+Indy+500&fromTireDetail=true
  7. Thanks guys. Car is an 08 Impreza. We have a key and fob, just want an extra set. It has a transponder key so I assume I’ll have to get that programmed. I bought an eBay fob years ago and wasn’t super happy with it. Found this place and its significantly cheaper than dealer. Not sure if anyone’s had any experience with them https://www.keylessshop.com/carkeysmadecheapcolumbus
  8. I need a backup key and fob for the wife’s Impreza. Really have no interest in spending the roughly $300 the dealership is asking. Has anyone had any luck/recommendations on an automotive locksmith? Any help is appreciated.

  10. My elementary age kiddos have really gotten into fishing this summer, mainly bluegill/crappie/tiny largemouth bass while dock fishing at metro parks. I'd like to take them somewhere they can catch something a bit more exciting / bigger before the weather starts to turn. We don't have access to a boat so we're limited to shoreline / docks. Any suggestions? We tried the public areas at buckeye lake today but the pickings were slim. Any suggestions are appreciated!! Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
  11. I hiked up to snow lake with my little sister when I helped her move out to Seattle a couple years ago. Definitely one of the most serene, beautiful landscapes you will ever see! Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
  12. Thanks Spankis! It's probably also worth asking if anyone knows any good shops they would trust taking their hot rod to? I'm sure a good hot rod shop would be a wealth of knowledge. Thanks guys Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
  13. Guys - looking for a recommendation on a reputable, decently priced radiator shop that can boil out and repair a leaky old copper radiator. The radiator is coming out of my brother's 34 Ford roadster. Ideally we'd like to keep the old radiator and not drop a small fortune on a new aluminum one. Any help is appreciated. Thank all!
