The seller didn’t have it notarized, I’m in possession of title and vehicle. Dude lives in Dayton and I’m trying to avoid driving down there. Just looking for a notary to do it on the dl.

Not really. He said he had a top/bottom setup he sold for $1500 and says a bottom is worth $6-$700 meaning the difference would be the top box valued at $800?

 

The reality is with a top and bottom the bottom was worth a grand and the top like $500. Hence why I’m right around a grand on my asking price, which is also right in line with current market prices on a snap on box.

Look at used box prices. And last I checked a top box isn’t shit without the bottom.

A little steep for just a bottom box. I had the top / bottom and sold it for 1500. Solid 6-700 though.

 

Top boxes aren’t worth much. $6-$700 is an extreme low ball.

Cleaning out my garage and swapping tools to my new box and I came across these. They are brand new, although the ratchet does not have a box. Retails for over $210 with the hose, I'm asking $100. Located in the 270/Sawmill area.

Moved on to a bigger box and have no room for this one. I purchased this box brand new around 6-7 years ago and have kept it in my home garage. It is in very good shape, very few minor nicks, all drawers work flawlessly and comes with 2 sets of keys. Retail is $2290, I am asking $1000, located in the 270/Sawmill area.
