  1. Wow.... Congrats. Did you trade the Stang, or just your soul and left nut? Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  2. Interested in this also, I need to get pins in my cf hood, but want as low profile as possible. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk

Hope there are still a few left after the weekend, I'm slammed but could use about 4! Good looking out sir. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  4. Looking great! Those door jambs/sills do not look fun.. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  5. Clay has seen my neighborhood, off Noe-Bixby and Broad. It's a hidden little pocket that has held up well. Close to your airport area, and there are still some good investment properties to remodel. We're up 75%+ on our 3 year home. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  6. Merion, old towne, and Italian are all areas between the hood and popular areas. So the foot traffic sucks, I've lived briefly in two of those. Car break ins, lawn theft etc... Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  7. The wrap won't hide anything well at all, in most cases it exaggerates it. It would take a lot of work to sand a bad spot down for vinyl. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  8. I've heard good things about circle D's product and service at all levels. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  9. Shop while trying to sell, if you sell before you find something, work in a longer closing time. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  10. We're in a similar boat right now. Looking at anything 3+ bdrm, over an acre with decent garage or building, but on the east/ northeast. We're way ahead on our current house (like +75% over purchase price, according to comps), but that only matters if you can find something worth moving to. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  11. It all runs together when you're working 6 10 hour days. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  12. Anyone else out in this crap? I would imagine it's melting by now, but my trip to the supreme courthouse downtown this morning was a solid sheet of ice. There were probably 6 or 8 vehicles in the ditch on 70 between 270 and 71. A few degrees colder and we'd have had a real mess. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk

  15. Not to dig up the line, but the wall penetration. Seal it from outside. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  16. That's only if the water line needs repaired. I did it at my house, dug it up and called freedom plumbing for the repair. $200. Better than the $1,500 quote. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  17. If it's not leaking right now, and doesn't start back up, wait until spring and dig it up. You should be able to see how deep it is from inside. I'm not sure about your physical abilities (chemo?), But regardless of the issue, that will have to be dug. If it were a waterline problem, it'd still have to be dug for repair/replacement, so it'll only save you money. Digging sucks but it doesn't even have to be done in the same day! I'm not sure why everyone is always so quick to say "call the professionals and spend the money. If you want to save and don't mind the work to do so, then save that money.
