  1. When you say in that part of the house, has there been work in any part of the house? It could be as simple as a loose neutral somewhere. When you checked for current, did you just try the black and white wires, or did you move the black probe to the ground as well? What part of town are you in?
  2. If the day ever comes, I thought these looked like a reasonable replacement for the G8. I believe dark side has/had both. His sho was for sale on here, looked good.
  3. Kids will love them, but they will shit EVERYWHERE. You planning on clipping the wings?
  4. The next step could be 60k with a little overtime that's involved.
  5. Heading to work this morning so bad pic but: Dat poke http://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/15/04/08/5d8226db9223b039b48d7bd587a968d3.jpg
  6. Understand that, but for the right person, there will be another position open, up the ladder a bit before too long. [emoji6]
  7. Sounds like it's not getting enough fuel. Have you checked the fuel cap? No really, it should have some type of breather on it, they get clogged and if no air comes in, no gas goes out.
  8. Hear what you're saying, but doesn't mean the theory is bad. Doesn't it stand to reason that a job with no advancement is less valuable/appealing long term? Doesn't mean it won't support you well, just that you won't be as comfortable/well off as some of your peers may be. If you lived correctly and within your means, in theory you'd have things paid for and little debt/bills later in life, just not "class" advancement.
  9. Sorry for your loss......... The dog of course.
  10. Any idea what the specs are, and what the price tag will be?
  11. 40 hrs a week, some on-call, vacation/sick/personal time, ins etc...
  12. I have an opening for a maintenance tech at a high rise condo building. The position is for general maintenance, similar to apartment maintenance, faucets, toilets, drains, etc... Boiler and chiller experience is a plus, but not required. I can train you on that, as you will not be asked to repair them. Someone with good mechanical aptitude and a personality to deal with people everyday (perhaps most important) will have no issues. There is down time where you'll have your own desk, and some days you'll be on your feet all day. $12-14 an hour to start. There will be opportunity for increases, and advancement for the right guy, as this is not going to be a career for me. This position is a direct report to me, so I can't guarantee the job, but I can put you right into the final step. Send me resumes to shaunsimpson@towneproperties.com . Thanks!
  13. Wow, crazy fast and risky. Seems like an amazing number of things would have to fall in line for this to work out.
  14. Very nice, congrats.
  15. I'm not sure of the GTO issues, but the two main problems with G8's are the front LCA's and the dod lifter failure.
  16. I'll check the basement, I may have some old stuff you can have. Anyone starting this hobby should go to the all Ohio reptile show. Only $4 to get in and its a giant reptile swap meet, it's where the pet stores buy. http://allohioreptileshow.yolasite.com/ Hell, if anyone's bored they should go check it out. I haven't been since they moved to the fairgrounds.
  17. Nice ride, I really like the white also. Welcome to the club!

Fired the grill up yesterday, and while I don't have a pic, anyone looking for some crazy simple delicious grilled shrimp, try this. Just rolled all the large raw shrimp in a bowl with the "mckormicks grillmates barbeque" dry rub and toss on the grill.
