  1. So here’s my question, if it gets rescheduled again for the 2nd time because of not enough interest and I cannot make it due to a family vacation (we have a few planned for July) will I get my entry fee back? Not to be a jerk but I’ve purchased 2 spots, the last rental day was beautiful weather & it was postponed 2 days prior to the day. There was no “3rd” postponed date on the invite.
  2. Exactly Dave, how is it that CR track day gets cancelled because the track is being replaced but 6hrs later it's no problem to run T&T & the nitrous shootout. Plus I believe the Saturday slate is also still a go with KOC and UMTR....my guess would be it has nothing to do with the track and everything to do with staffing.
  3. Hey nurkvinny, if you're still in need of this repair give me a shout, I do these weekly in my auto shop in Cols. Normally with this service I also replace spark plugs, serpentine belt since it's coming off anyway & trans fluid service as well. 614-271-8373, call or text if still looking, I'll take care of you, thanks!!
  4. Would it be frowned upon if I brought my 5.0L Mustang to your LSX event? Mainly for the dyno day however I do like LSX cars too and the car show sounds fun.
  5. no pics unfortunately, I don't mean its the only open center trailer around. I just mean most open trailers that I see are solid steel or wood floor trailers and this one is not. Thanks again everyone
  6. This is more of an informative post, my Car trailer was stolen last night at some point from my shop on Fisher Rd. on the west side of Cols. It's somewhat unique in the sense that it has an open center, it's not a flat floor like most open trailers. 16', tandem axle with newer silver/grey wheels & tires all matching. If anyone see's one of these somewhere that's never been there before or one that matches this description on CL or Facebook for sale with no title please text/call Jeff 614-271-8373 or PM me or send up the bat signal or something!!! This was my work trailer for my business during the week & my racecar trailer on the weekend, Thanks again everyone!!! Jeff
  7. Bigger engine, lower curb weight, sleeker lines on the Vette. I'd still rather have the GT350. I never thought 20 years ago we'd be legitimately comparing a mustang to a corvette in side by side comparison but all I can say is "nice job Ford!!". That GT350 will be worth double what that corvette will be in 10 years too.
  8. tough question, they're all new to the playoffs except for 1 guy.....THE guy! I think the key is if the Cavs can get a reasonably healthy Kyrie for every game they'll take it in 7 but if Kyrie is injured constantly or is not able to play then GS will take the title. As much as People love Dellavedova the fact is that he sucks, Cavs cannot beat GS with him at the point every game, even LeBron can only do so much.
  9. Oh, I see. Thanks Jordan for the info. And yes, I had a great time as well!!! Hopefully I'll see you out again soon and maybe we can settle that 15 spot like men do
  10. 10.27@137mph, shitty 1.63 60ft. as I see it I should be 16 currently and when I can stick the tires I should take the 15 spot from Jordan. How do I get on that thing anyway? Or is that something that was made awhile ago and getting it changed is like adding an amendment to the constitution?
  11. I've also been using it for years now w/o any ill effects. I have FRPP 80lb injectors that are stock on the newer cobra jet cars, A1000 pump and Aeromotive in-line filter, Aeromotive regulator and a bunch of really old (like 10 years +) Fuel hose from jegs that's always been fine. I've had it apart many times and not seen any problem in any of it. I always wonder if people that tell you its going to ruin everything in your fuel system have ever actually used it or if they're just regurgitating something they've heard somewhere. The only thing I ever do is drop my tank at the beginning of the race season and drain out whatever I left in there from the previous year. Honestly I wouldn't run anything else fuel-wise in my car, the last time I bought it a few weeks ago I spent $12 and got over 7 gallons at Kroger, how can you go wrong!!!!!!!!
  12. Sorry, my point was that if the car is still in reasonably good condition other than the trans then its probably worth fixing. Honestly the only real problem with these cars is the trans, these Honda's are great and will run forever.
  13. I own/operate a small auto repair shop just west of the city. I do these regularly (Honda v6 Trans replacements). If you still need it replaced my advice to you is to stay away from a used/junkyard trans. I can do these for about $2600 with a Reman trans with a 3 year 50k mile warranty. I've done many, many of these with no issues or problems after repair regardless of mileage.
  14. I'm personally not big on 1/8 mile but if there were a track rental day there I would be in yes.
  15. 1.51-1.53. Car typically is 1.48-1.50 at Kilkare or Norwalk but honestly those tracks really do care about their racers. They want to give their patrons the best experience possible whether they're on the track or in the stands. Just go into the restrooms and you'll see how much NTR ownership and management care about their patrons.
