I know all about SB-184 and was excited when it passed. I also know that regardless of that bill...if a place has a sign saying no guns allowed, it supersedes any law or bill.

The movie was weird. Plants killing people....WTH! Heck, I dunno if it was really the plants..Worst M Knight flick yet.

According to that sign, Giant Eagle considers themselves a "liquor establishment". If that is the case, all grocery stores, Wal-mart's and Meijer type places would be, too. That sign is not one like the X'd out gun where certain stores just dont want guns in. That appears to be a state sign...it has Strickland's name on it. So it's my assumption reading that sign is ANY place that has anything to do with alcohol in any way, shape or form is off limits.

I realize we can't carry in a place where it is being served...but how about SOLD to be served elsewhere OFF those premises? This sign goes against class training and could be trouble if caught doing what we were told we could do.

OK...I walked into a store tonight and saw this sign...There were no others..like the usual one with the gun w/ red circle around it. Answer this....cause it was discussed in my ccw class and called "a gray area". We ARE allowed to carry in all places that does not allow people to consume alcohol or does not have a sign saying no guns.. This sign confuses me cause there is no consumption here, but they sell alcohol to take elsewhere to consume. If I read this correctly, I should not be allowed to carry in any grocery store or ABC store...places like that even though most of those places do not have any signs at all.
