Anyone wear these? About two weeks ago I bought a UP24. It monitors steps, calories burned, sleep cycles, etc. and syncs over Bluetooth to my iphone. I'm curious about the sleep cycles, it shows you are either in light sleep or deep sleep. Knowing a EEG is the best way to know which stage of sleep you are in, do you think these things are saying "you haven't moved from x to y, so you are in deep sleep"? My nights are all over the place.
I've read you wear these to better things, but I don't know a better way to sleep. Here's an idea from the other night.
