Home network.....all running XP. All systems can not access one other PCs shares. Says access denied. The share is visable, the system can be pinged. There are no firewalls blocking. All in same workgroup. All can access web...other PCs can share between them. WTF!

LOL! There was also one where we flew up 70W to the Competition Accessories exit, go left to rt35, 35e to 71N, take 71N back to Columbus. All at 120>. I remember passing a Trooper sitting in the middle of 35.....About 10 of us passed him around 150 if not better. He never left where he was sitting....Well, if he did, I never saw him. We used to leave Cols about 1am to do this.

That is what I was thinking....My car was damaged and they are paying for the damage, which I am the owner, so that comes to me. They can't tell me "we will only pay if we give the money to the person fixing it" can they? I filed a police report and all that, so it's a legit claim. All bases covered.

It depends on how he financed it....Now with this company cards, honda, suzuki, etc....You own the bike outright when you sign. You now have a credit card with the balance of the bike on it. Eventually you get a title in the mail with you as the owner. Bike is free and clear. This is how people are now able to have liability only on sportbikes, there is no lien on it, so full coverage is not required.

OK, so my car was damaged here at work. I took and got an $1100 estimate. The insurance of the dumbass agreed to fix the damage and pay the estimated amount. Here's the thing....I can live with the damage...However, he told me they will take the check to the service dept for the estimated amount, so nothing is coming to me....Am I entitled to tell the service dept not to do all estimated and the remaining money comes to me?

Always make the required payment and a sep payment for principle. Works best that way.
