Good to know! What I realized the other day with my uVerse is that if I have Utorrent stacked with shit and most of my bandwidth is being used by that source, watching TV is nothing good. I get TV signal lost every few minutes. I called on this and found out I have 18mb down which is their max and since uVerse is IP TV, bandwidth matters to watch TV, so heavy downloading isn't smart during peak TV watching hours.

Doing WHAT!!!!? I can't imagine that kind of use from a phone considering I work 8hrs a day and then go home and connect to a wifi.

Absolutely right...There's no answer or solution for incidents like this. They need to start arming administrators. There is a need for a good guy with a gun every place bad guys have/take them. "Gun Free" zones need to be a thing of the past. Changing laws won't help. They will continue to be broken.

That's not accurate info. The 22yr old never fired his weapon. He was hiding behind a pillar with his gun in hand. He didn't shoot because if he missed he'd hit people behind the shooter.
