"Gala" is special version of flash player that uses your Video processor to play Video instead of using and pegging your CPU and killing your battery. It works very well. Note that you must have one of the videocards that are supported and be running 10.6.3. Video is smother, and I use way less CPU watching flash video like on streetfire.net.
