  1. For sale is (1) 4'x6' outdoor advertising sign. This lights up, includes lettering and leg attachments (not shown). Was $500 new. Asking $250 obo EDIT - package deal for this sign, commercial safe and heavy office old office desk. It is big and dirty, best used in a shop environment, garage or basement. http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=5&pictureid=4088
  2. My mom taught CPR and there were always CPR manikins in my house. They.Did.Not.Look.Like.That.
  3. He's 40 IQ points above the average American. I would say he understands the average American better than 95% of people in office, though.
  4. Pat - your tires are at the shop. Stop by anytime tomorrow 6am - 10pm. Ask for Vince or Fred. You can have all 3. Nick - your tires are at the location I PM'ed you. You can just take all 3. I couldn't find more pairs before the tire scrapper guy came.
  5. I was there all day, and never remembered to snap a pic or two. I should down there again tomorrow. Just think heavy-ass fire-proof boat anchor that protects your shit.
  6. Yep, too big for you, Brian. That should be the size I put on Anthony's truck back in the day.
  7. Another item from dad's shop closing up... It's an old, HEAVY safe. I'd guess it at 3' cubed. Takes 1 key to get into top area, takes 2 keys to get into bottom area. Has a slot in the top to drop cash / checks into the bottom area without needing a key. The bulkheads/key things are several inches thick. I am going to guess 400-500 pounds. We have only ever moved it by wrapping a chain around it and using a truck. You would need several big guys and liftgate or flatbad I am guessing to haul it. He really wants to keep it for his house, but it is just too damn heavy. He didn't give me a price yet, so I'll make up one - $200. I just looked on Ebay, and I don't see anything this size / secure for anywhere near that cheap. Just the lock sections are $300. I'll take a pic here in an hour or two. Thanks http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=5&pictureid=4089
  8. I wondered these same questions when I had my boat a year or two ago. It was a cuddy, so I figured I could store it in there without being hassled. Never really had a chance to test the theory out.
  9. <---- impressed if you were white.
  10. Pat, I am likely riding my bike down there tomorrow, so it would be Saturday morning until I could haul them down in the truck. Pat / Nick, which height do either of you want? Also, just to add, these are used tires. I can't tell you how many laps there were ran. I will also say that I *think* these are supposed to be used with inner tubes. I never ran tubes on the street, and I know of another S10 on this forum that ran like 29x14s or 16s without tubes. Pick up / use at your own risk.
  11. Sorry, (I wish I had some taller ones).
  12. Ha, I just hauled them from Zanesville to Pataskala. However, I will be back down at Maple & Harding Fri, Sat, and Sun. If you promise to show up and pick them up, I'll bring a pair with me.
  13. Started cleaning out dad's shop today and I took these to save them from the tire shredder. These are DIRT TRACK TIRES. They have the same pattern as the Hoosier QuickTimes. So far, I took (3) 26.5 x 8.0 x 15 and (3) 27.5 x 8.0 x 15. How I got 3 and 3, I don't know. I think there are a couple more of each still at the shop. Yes, they stick well on the street. No, they are not DOT legal. Yes, I have ran them on my own cars, usually just to do burnouts and "play". These are being sold for off-road use only. There, that should cover the legal side. Price is FREE. Free if can get any use out of them. If you're going to turn around and sell them, please let have someone else have them. Now, if you feel the need to trade a 12 pack of Bud Light for all 6, I wouldn't object. EDIT - I haven't measured them, but you can count on them being wider than the 8" advertised. http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=5&pictureid=4085
  14. My dad is a Vietnam vet as well, but I think any of us can appreciate these kind of chain letters. I know I do.
  15. Your new wheels are my favorite "stock" wheel for Camaros. Liked the old ones too, but digging the change.
  16. Sounds good. That's my old man's last day having his shop open, so it may be a crazy day, but I am sure I'll be checking CR all day. Nope. Did the boat thing 2 years ago, and it made it into water exactly 2 times Hate Ebay. It is on OR. Had some trade offers, all including cash on my end. That makes at least 2 of us.

    cheese

I have consumed a retarded amount of cheese in my day.
  18. Completely understand. I rarely keep a toy longer than a year. Oh, and a C5 will make you happy every time your garage door goes up and you see it sitting there. (went through a C5Z last year).
  19. $9000 - http://www.ls1tech.com/forums/vehicle-classifieds/1283940-99-ta-ws6-hood-18-ruff-racing-wheels.html
  20. Soooo, I know I just saw this car for sale today. Welcome.
  21. As far as buying go-fast parts, if anything, I am going to go the other way... changing it to make it more drivable. It's a forged 385 with spray, 3 speed auto, running 4.56 gears. I live 40 minutes away from friends and family in Zanesville and 30 minutes from anything I would drive to in Columbus. The idea of 1.5 hour round trips taching 3300 rpms has stopped me from going to a lot of shows and events. When I had airplane gears, at least I could travel a distance away from my house. There's just nothing more "go-fast" to really add without redoing the whole setup.
  22. Yes, it is cleared over. You would actually *probably* recognize the artist if I could remember the guy's name. Very big into rods and customs still to this day. I expected a much more lop-sided poll.
