Was this the one infront of lowes? i saw them take the guy away on a stretcher, guess a car pulled in front of him. but i didnt see any gear, no helmet, gloves, boots, he was wearing a t-shirt, shorts, and tennis shoes. the medics rapped up his feet, guess he lost his shoes. saw a lot of road rash on his legs. it was a blue and white gsxr 6 or 750

I would have to agree with lizard on that though. just look at what hell he would be going through. lawsuits, court hearings, and to live knowing that you perminatley fucked up someones life. that kind of stress would definatly get to someone over time. thats hard to deal with. so i agree with him 100%.

I agree with who ever said it. What ever happens to one, the other should face the same consiquences. they were both involved and should pay equally. As for the victim, i feel very sorry for her. wrong place at the wrong time. If i were her i would have a civil suit on both their asses
