    Kawi is referring to the test you have to take to get your temp license. The test asks about braking... their correct answer is 80 - 20 ... its wrong. The BMV doesnt know any better.

    He is experienced with a lathe. Has one in his garage. You could give him a call and talk to him about it. Maybe he would know of someone if he couldnt do it.
