Spending over 1k for a dog is outrageous! I cant stand how people try to make money off of selling dogs... especially when half the time they dont even know what they are doing. Its sad. Just too many damn dogs dying in shelters and then you have selfish asshole that are breeding them just to try and make money.

My girlfriend- Jonni- works at a great animal hospital in westerville. I really like the place compared to most vets ive been too and the last one she worked at. I actually trust the vets there. ha. Jonni is very knowledgeable about alot of breeds. If you want to talk to her about getting the dog let me know. She would be happy to help... Have you thought about rescuing one ?
