yeah good idea but the tunning of the juice box was all done with "presets" nothing out of the "box" i did return it to the original settings aswell....

i dont do burn outs.. i just ride.. i get on her and hit the twisties hard thats about it... ask steve.. but i called a few places and they all say yamaha is picky so i need to find a stock exhaust.. and i will be pulling the juice box

sad part is it still idles fine.. i only let it idle for about 30 seconds tops but still ...I know they cant void the warranty on a car for a aftermarket part unless it is determined the part is the cause of the problem... ive been there but is it the same for bikes?

first off i use 93-94 at all times... second it smells like, looks like and feels like oil... 3rd i can remove the juice box no problem but i cant put the stock system back on because i sold it...

Ok All I have a question here.. first off i posted this in the columbus group but I forgot to put it here so here we go. I have a 2008 Yamaha r-6 with a full Two brothers Exhaust and two brothers juice box (all it does is add fuel under certain Throttle positions). It has 1400 miles on it... I have had the exhuast and box on it since 800 miles. I did proper break in and so forth. I just got back from a long 200+ ride with the some fellow Ohio Riders the bike ran great as normal. so i go for a ride on monday and as i get to a stop light i notice smoke from my exhaust i pull into a parking lot and shut it off.. I wait a few and attempt to start it back up... after a few failed attempts it finally fired up and promptly shot a spray of oil out the muffler about 3 feet and continued to lightly spray oil as it was running.. so i shut it off and trailered it home.. I havent even looked at yet. as ive been in somuch disbelief. does any one know what this could be? I'm still under my 1 yr warranty but i dont know if my exhaust void that?! where can i go what can i do? help i dont wanna be out all season! Thanks Jason

oh yeah i got it on both hills.. the first one the front cam up toabout 4-5oclock the second i nailed and the whole thing was off the ground

like i said i have NO idea.. im gonna get the plastics off and the exhaust off tomorrow but i dunno... should be covered.. under the warranty... only has 1400 miles on it

very very true.. when in doubt just slow down! dont slam the breaks just slow and steady

i know.... they are ment to be thrashed on... again the only thing im worried about is them really tring to hit me on my full exhaust voiding the warranty again i think they have to be able to prove that.. it was the aftermarket part that caused the prob.. but thats such a hassle

yeah it deff had some moments where it was like hey its a ride through a dust storm

smoking i could understand maybe just a little over filled wit oil put i literally lost about 1-2oz of oil in about a minute of it running... ugh

yeah it is untill june 16th.. the one yr warrenty but... i have a full exhaust so i dont know if they can void it because of that.. i know with cars they have to prove it was the part that caused the failure but i dunno... im freaked
