  2. I've been to all the motorcycle shops in Columbus and they're all booked for 2-3 weeks. Is there anyone who could help me install a new chain and sprocket today? I will pay. Please call 614-395-8727. Thanks!
  3. I wanted to reaffirm to everyone that the cop was courteous, my problem is just why is he pulling riders over license plate bullshit. You know if you can't see the plate that's one thing, but if its not in the exact factory setting place then that's bull. If you're driving reckless then you get what you deserve, but giving a rider $100 dollar ticket for a license plate is crap. I also think that he's extremely confident in his pursuit driving so much so that he has an inclination that he actually wants riders to try to flee from him. Sort of like in the movie "The Chase" with Charlie Sheen. When Henri Rollins is a cop and he's explaining how he's going to take the criminals down!
  4. I would've come out, but I just read the post. Man that is just awful. Maybe we should a host a charity ride to help out with the funeral costs. My heart goes out to the family.
  5. I was on my way to work today (Was about to get onto 161 east from dublin) when I came upon two lanes of gravel left over from the cement trucks. I slowed down to about 10mph and that shit just swung my tail right from under me. Laid it down as gently as I could, but because of all the aggregate on the road the tail got road rash all over it. I called the dublin police to have someone clean up the gravel before another bike went down and he told me that this wasn't the first time that they've had aggregate on the roads because of the concrete trucks. I saw one officer go over to the nearby concrete mill and talk to the guys, but it doesn't help me repaint my damn tail. [/url:852a5]
  6. Nice bike man. I haven't seen that color on a kawa before, but it looks real clean. Good color of red too.
  7. When I made a reference about bipartisanship my intention was to reflect that America never has and never will have one voice. There always should be people of different backrounds in public office to represent the many different views of citizens today. Republican in '08? What??? The Dems only have a majority by one and they are now just showing the good old USA how checks in Balances work. Bush had warned months before the congressional investigations took place about the fired US attorneys that were illegally fired that hell will be brought down if the Dems decided to pursue. Well guess what, the Dems pursued and has uncovered through a bipartisan congressional hearing that the Bush administration fired these attorney's because they wouldn't prosecute Dems because there was no evidence too. Wtf is thit shit man. If Dems pulled the same shit then I would support the Republicans because that's just bs.
  8. Next thing you know the Palestinians will recognize Israel as country! That will probably take another 200 hundred years.
  9. Someone's religion has no part in government today! That's one of the two major problems we still run into today. (That and major corruption) The candidates should be judged on how they have handled public office and what have they done to help the common citizen. There needs to be some serious checks in balances in the legislative and excutive branches. I'm a democrat, but I always desire a bipartisan Congress than a biased one. We need a consistent government that is for the people and not for the corporation which is how it is today.
  10. I've had cops tail me a dozen or so before, but I've never had some one pull me over for my plates. He checked on the ticket that he pulled me over for speed, but didn't give me a speeding ticket beause I wasn't speeding. There's no way I'm not taking this to court
  11. Just wanted to give a heads up to everyone about a Cbus cop who is targeting Motorcyclists. I was on my way to school yesterday (Coming from Polaris on I-71S) when I got pulled over for my license plate not being displayed "Properly." Later I find out that he's been in a couple of pursuits with motorcyclists and they've gotten away because they're license plate weren't displayed properly. He was going to write me a bunch more tickets for minor things (Those fines add up!), but I found out that he's a fellow rider. You will know who he is by the car that he drives. (If you want to run I truely believe he will fine you anything that he can) He has the only 94 Chevy Impala cop car left and I've seen him many times on 71 so watch out.
  12. Oh, I should have know it's the turn signal return line . The vent tube is the other line and if its the gas run off then why does gasoline come out of the end of the line? (What is the kreuter valve and where is it located at?) Anyone could tell me what I should be looking for and where, please let me know. All I want is to get the bike back together so I can start riding again. Thanks
  13. I removed my gas tank to have it repainted and I just got it back. Now I can't remember what the line (Painted red) connects to on the bike. I'm spent an hour trying to find something to connect to it and have absolutely no idea. [/url:0097b] [/url:0097b]
  14. Just wondering if anyone here has gone or goes to Columbus State with their bike? (Is it safe?) I'm just going back to get my real estate license and trying to find a place to park at that place is a nightmare. Is there any good places to park your bike?
