Some of you know CPD has a task force out now for sport bikes. I thought it was bullshit. This past Saturday I was dicking around on 70 heading east. A car cut me off. I went around the car and opened it up. I just did some shit to my bike and want to see how much faster it was now. I cruise up 70 and get off at Rome Hilliard road and turn on to Trabue. I stop at the Ameri stop on the corner of Wilson and Trabue. A CPD cruiser parks behind my bike, gets out and points his gun at me telling me to get on the ground. Three other cruisers and a chopper show up. They put me in the cruiser, impound my bike, and took me to county. I posted bail @ 9:30pm and got released @ 5:10am. I got my bike out of impound and went back out riding. I talked to some other guys that ride in my neighbor hood and they are getting followed to. No matter how fast you're going they will follow you to see if you do anything. Watch your asses, trust me staying in county all night is not a good time.

I have a 91 Katana I just bent the shifting fork on a month ago. I want to build a sleeper bike. So I'm looking for a bigger GSXR carburated motor and all the little peices I need to pull it off. The game plan is to keep it stock apearing except for an extended swing arm and a Habussa rear tire and rim. graemlins/burnout.gif

Does anyone know of any motor cycle salvage yards around Columbus. I've been to Rice patty, but they do not have what I'm looking for or want too much for it. Any leads are a great help. Thanks - Bill

I have 275/50/15's on my 87 and they clear just fine and my car is lowered. I used to have 275/60/15's but they rubbed when I cornered hard.

I need to get some info on a good place to get some pipe to plumb a pair of turbos on a 87 mustang. I'm running a pair of t3's and putting in a water to air intercooler. I also need to get info on some good BOV or waste gates. The twist is I'm running a 870 holley double pumper carb. I know some one will say convert back to fuel ingection, but the car's harness was removed by the previous owner. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Believe what you like I asked a good friend of my brothers who is a captian on the highway patrol and he said they can pull a weapon on suspected felony stops. If you don't think so ask one.

Thats what happened. I asked them why they pulled me over and they told me to shut up. They only wanted to see my driver's liscense and then search me and my car. They weren't interested in my regristation or insurance. They do get away with this shit. I tried to do some thing about it but all I was told was prove it it's their word against mine. Next time I'll be damned I slow down. If they want you that bad make them work for it.

Cops can pull you over in an unmarked car on a felony stop. I was on my way home late one night before I moved to Columbus and a Crown Vic pulled a u turn in the middle of Powell. He followed me out to Orange road riding my ass. I was driving my old Mustang I had and punched it. Needless to say I dusted his ass. A few miles a head I slowed down like a graemlins/asshole.gif . I stopped at the stop sign at Big Walnut road and Africa road another Crown Vic pulled in front of me, spot lighted me, and pointed his fucking .45 at my ass. Hey if it were me i would get a set of afr 195's and a lunati .536 cam. it works very well in a stock bottom end. If you don't want to go that route my brother has a set of aluminum j 302 head that are extensivly ported of his windsor car. they are refreshed and ready to go for $1000. the motor they came off of ran in the 10's.

On Riverside just north of Hard road on the second side street on the right Dublin PD has one motorcycle and one cruiser sitting way off the road grabbing south bound traffic.
