Next time I'm going to pull the radiators. By then I'm sure the it'll be to re-seat the valves. Ugh, not sure I'll be up to pulling the heads.

The gear drive did make it a lot easier. When I first started her up I had to kill it quick. Lots of clatter coming from the very cylinder. The rear exhaust cam was off by one tooth. I blame my assistant for distracting me.

I do have a worry, after a few heat cycles would the the cam retainer bolts need torquing?

That Desmo design just looks way too complicated.

The RC radiators are side mounted and the cross connect was crowding the lazy lat valve cover.
