It wasn't all poor lending practices, there was a shit ton of very poor borrowing practices. Mr and Mrs "I gotta a $300,000 house NOW" really fucked it up for the rest of us.

For the record...I don't endorse using a rear brake, too easy to lock up in hard braking. I use the rear brake around town, but in the country braking hard and shit I utilize the front brake only. I don't need to lock the rear and slide into a ditch then slam into a tree.

But it's so much fun to combine it with a v-twins engine braking and as a bonus it makes the people following you say WTF.

I didn't want to spend the $$ on an eliminator so I did the same with my RC.

Olive, just not extra virgin as this has a low smoke point.

Went to a friends and parked the ole 600rr in the street. Kickstand acted like a hotknife in butter on the old asphalt. In 10 minutes time...blamo on the left side. Luckily it was only minor damage and scratches. Now I carry some $.40 galvanized steel 4 inch electrical plate covers that work perfectly.

The low voltage wire fence don't seem to keep them damn kids in the yard. Ideas?

No you have to use the shock collars on the kids.

Highest setting cause they don't learn very well.
