It does but it will still vibrate with no weight on it and bumps while a camera is mounted to it would surely bounce.

I have the Cannon Elura 100.. When I bought it last year, it had just won camera of the year.. Great camera, only problem is, now I dont want to put it on the bike for fear of ruining it.. As we all know,, cameras on bikes tend to become ground magnets or cop magnets....

Hey whitey... I have read some reviews on that Oregon scientific camera your looking at and they were not that great.. Also, have you put any thought into how to keep the passenger peg from bouncing up and down.. I like the idea, but like I said, I would be a bit concerned with the peg vibrating and bouncing since its not a sold mount point.

Yeah, Ive seen that one as well. It has a tether that is connected to your bike and when you come off the bike the tether inflates the fest.. and before anyone says anything.. It takes a pretty hard pull to set if off so that you dont just get off your bike to pump gas and wammo you become an inflatable ball.

I run Repsol synthetic racing oil... does that count

yeah.. I did the same thing with my YZ.. had the plug in it from spraying it off at the car wash and the next time I tried starting it, I couldnt figure out why it sounded so deep.. oh yeah.. once again.. damn plug in the pipe. I seem to do it at least once a year on one if not all of my bikes.. 2 have actual plugs in them and the other one has a rag stuffed in it. you would think those bright orange plugs would be hard to miss.. I think Im going to put small dangling flags on them like what is on the airplanes pitot tube when Im doing my pre-flight. Here's another good one.. Pulled the jetski out of the water and popped open the drain plug for the drive home so that any inside water would clear.. yeah you guessed it.. was out riding and wondered why the pickup seemed slow.. maybe because it had 10 gallons of water inside it.. another dumb shit move.. so cracked it wide open and ran it up and down the lake a few times so that it would drain due to the high speed.. then leaned back tightened the drain plugs and went riding and let the suction bilge clear the rest.
