  1. Any one interested in taking an ethical hacking class with the ability to get your Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certificationat the end.. Come on.. I know some of you IT people get allotments for training from your companies. Detailed Course Outline http://www.eccouncil.org/Course-Outline/Ethical%20Hacking%20and%20Countermeasures%20Course.htm
  2. No not yet.. I forgot to grab your tire "tool" from you.. I cant wait to see the look on that scammers face when he gets a shitload of cinder blocks.. I still think there needs to be a dog turd or 2 in the box. not to mention a sadwhich baggy with 2 cents in it..
  3. Tolli, buy your gear this winter while its on sale.. then next summer you will be ready to rock and roll at the track.. I cant facking wait.. My Wintertime mods include; Rotors: laying on living room floor right now (need to press out rivets to make semi floating) Brake pads: in the mail (Galfer HH pads) Flush brake lines and bleed the hell out of them. Quick throttle mod. (this winter) New tires. (Spring time) Depending on funds.. potentially a new rear shock (Penske double clicker or similar) and maybe get the front forks rebuilt with a cartridge kit.) Not sure if I will have money for the suspension but everything else will definitely get done. I can already feel my wallet trying to climb out of my pocket.. this sucks.
  4. You have to understand that Chris likes the older wider body styles.. They are more comfortable for him due to hereditary hip issues. I would wait for the 636 as well.. great bike. but honestly.. check craigslist and look around.
  5. I think you and I are equal on toys right now.. I dis-agree with changing all 3.. thats just overkill. sprockets get changed all day long at the track based purely on track layout whether its front or rear. No need to change all at once.
  6. 500 for leathers is good.. check out www.motonekoparts.com and the alpinestars that are on clearance.. 480 shipped. 60 for boots is really good. 40 for good over the wrist gloves is good, (check iron pony clearance section. mine were $20) Not sure why you need a new helmet but ok. track day at mid ohio will be about 180.. Start buying clearance items over the winter and you will be good by summer.. ITS WORTH IT. if you dont have the money now, then stay away from the track because its addicting.. yes they will rent leathers but I think its something like $75 a day at the track .. GET YOUR OWN.
  7. Its a great time.. just beware of all the cops.. they recently receive grants for extra enforcement for the remainder of this year..
  8. Nice... I think you should get one.. then your EMO wife would woop up on you to show you other wise.. EMO.. just kidding,, I like the haircut but when yota said the best thing about having emo grass is that it cuts itself, I almost shit myself.
  9. I would love to "test ride" one from a dealer ship and bring it back with scrapped up cylinder heads and then when they asked what happened, just tell them, "Nah, bikes not for me,, seems to have clearance issues"
  10. Im in meetings until after 5 but I could be convinced to meet up for drinks err something.. Not sure if I will be riding since the girl is all hemped up with roadrash on her back from last weekend. (dirt bike accident before you ask, she came off the back and her shirt got pulled up when she hit the dirt, scrapped her up pretty good.)
  11. Dont do it Shitty,, if she (you know who) sees your response.. SHE WILL GROUND YOU..
  12. Work schedule is killing me, no money, track bike getting torn apart soon for upgrades/fix's.. Me cry....
  13. Im gonna have to go with Zorro on this one.. That alone aggrevates me because I dont like him. Seriously though.. look at a used 600 or an SV 650.. You wont get bored on them as quick as the 250 and you will have the ability to do a track day and have some fun with it and really learn how to ride. Once you get bored with a bike you will start doing stupid stuff. Benyen has a habit of locking up his rear brakes at intersections because he things its fun.. Im waiting for him to loose it if he keeps it up. the fact of the matter is, if you do something stupid, your going to get hurt whether its a 250, 600, 750, litre bike etc.. just take your time and learn how to ride and be safe. There are plenty of us on here that have wrecked bikes and can give you all the info you want about how skipping across pavement at >50mph is not fun.
  14. Lizard... you have a link for the WSBK bike... I think the bike looks sweet but the last thing I need is to plant a cylinder before a knee.

    Qs&l 10-3-07

Im out tonight... lots O shit to do...
  16. Mid Ohio is great.. Just get yourself a leather suit. 1 or 2 piece. 1 is better.. over the wrist gloves, and over the ankle boots and you are good to go to start.. once you move to intermediate or advanced, you have to run non-glycol based coolant and wear a back protector but thats it. go and check out www.sportbiketracktime.com for more info.
  17. If it was him.. that is his only chance.. Personally, I wouldnt be running...
  18. No street this weekend.. Putty, Zorro, myself and a few others are doing some dirt riding..
  19. Thats what I said.. call up tomorrow and say you have been out of town and that you noticed your bike is gone
  20. Did you figure out the make/model of the bike.. I know you said they thought CBR but what was it when they found the bike? Im starting to wonder if it was someone on the 07suzuki1K since its black and orange. I also know a guy that generally always rides in just a tshirt that has one. however it he usually doesnt wear a helmet and if memory serves me, when we talked last night, you said the rider had a helmet right?
