Ive ridden past it on my bike before and it looks like a hole in the wall bar. Looks like the type you go in and come out bloody..haha. It's like on the edge of the white ghetto. I'm guessing go during the day light huh? When you don't have to worry about fighting?

I don't care, as long as they have a helmet. It's their skin. Like I always tell people...I'm not a babysitter. I'm sure many of us though wouldn't let anyone ride though w/out a helmet. No helmet, no ridey.

No there is not, but there is a HUGE dependency from cities for traffic violations. They produce HUGE revenue for the local economy. I tried to find the link really fast about Dayton and how tickets are huge resources for fundings. I did however find this crappy article about Michigan though. It's all about the money
