Knowing what I'd know about Aviation jets-I'd rather be on the 747. You can literally set off a bomb in the motor, while its at full song, and it will just "take it" and shit its guts out. That 747 Could fly from NY to LA on 3 Engines without an issue.

Ok-If I do a Glide- Any way to make the converter lock up? IF not, how much will this affect my MPH vs a T56? What is the highest realistic stall I can run? Something in the 4-5k range would be tits.

To be specific-I have no trans to start- And this would be bolted to a 4 banger-so all the torque (what REALLY breaks parts) will not be there. At most-the car will make 550-60ft lbs at full song. Car will weigh 2200-2400lbs. Looking around- a TH400 looks like the ticket even stock-but I REALLY want a lock up, and OD for the street, roll racing...ect

As posted- This 1998 Honda CRV runs and drives with no issues. We are selling it because the GF purchased a new car, and never drives this one. Interior is an 8/10 and exterior is 8.5/10. Usual dings and dents for the mileage. Currently has 156k on her. The timing belt, water pump, and head gasket was changed in March of this year. The dealer also did a Valve adjustment. This ran $950 with Tune up. 4wd is perfect. It has an intermittent CEL, but it passed echeck with no issues. Tires are new as of May of this year. Get ready for winter!
