Norris Designs out of the UK made a few good passes on Thursday, running a 9.26@160mph backed up by a 9.48@149mph on a botched run where he missed 4th gear. Amazing part is-this was done on slippery Nitto drag radials cutting 1.7x 60 foot times!

This was done using our off the shelf Evo divided T4 manifold, and GT4294r turbo kit. He is shooting for 8’s on his next trip out to the track.

It was a sleeper back then-because I was still the only one with a Colt. Now, there are 8 turbo cars in the state, 3 of which will/are AWD.

I've had an '02 ZX-12R. Look at my myspace default picture. I also have an '03 636 and have ridden my buddies '06 636 who is also a member here. Neither one of them can come within' 10-15 bike lengths from 0-165mph when racing against a 12r. 12r is WAY faster! :wink: But 636 will crucify it in the twisties.

And that sportrider 1/4 time is their time. You shouldn't pose on what a magazine says. I think it's so funny when people flaunt their bikes by saying, "Shit it's suppose to do this...etc." That don't mean squat, it's what YOU the rider can do on it yourself is what counts.

A 600 that has the ability to go 135+BONE STOCK is nice-very nice..

I've had my '03 636 on US35 near Jamestown and Washington Courthouse up to 167mph indicated...I had my elbows on my knees and was as tucked as I can get, it wasn't going no higher.

Ofcourse realisticly with speedo error correction I was going around high 150's. Bone stock other than BMC race filter and Muzzy slip-on.

I was speaking of trap speeds in the 1/4 mile.

As you and I both know John, nothing is ever done till it's on the road. I'm 10 months on the road after my build, and still don't have a full tune. All we can say is soon....

I ride and take turns slow and my licence does not say "squid", or M(Novice). It just says "M". SOme of us are careful because we have a family to take care of intead if getting hurt or killed. I think someone just needs to mind their own business, they caused you no harm.

But I did not think the term "squids" applied to Neon Adorned bikes- or fags that ricer rev the piss out of them for no apparent reason.

There is a maroon Supra I saw back in August at the Extreme Auto and Audio show at the Germain Amphithetre in Polaris. It had somewhere around 1300 horsepower, had methanol injection and was running somewhere in the 8 sec range for the 1/4 mile. The guy lives in Central Ohio, and last summer he had just moved here from Washington. I believe he is in his 20's. I think this Supra may be faster than Calvin's but I do not know for sure because I haven't seen either of them run in person yet. Does anyone know this guy, or anything about his car? Surely someone does out of all of the people that are a part of CR. I was just wondering, because these 2 Supras need 2 battle it out!!! :burn:
