You can get into the 11s with stock turbo, intercooler and injectors... Takes a little work, but can and has been done quite a few times.

I've driven 8 hours one way went 11.20s and driven home while getting over 24mpg with the a/c on. No - a GN would never make it to the track. That Mustang got it's shit busted by a GN and the bet was to leave that sticker on the window for a month.
