I imagine your dimensions are correct. Not knowing much at all about guns (shown by my lack of knowledge on changing barrels ), I would allow / check for thermal expansion, verify that the threads and cylinder can handle the stresses and utilize a liberal safety factor. Will the part be heat treated ?

There were a ton of good looking bikes out. That honda looks even better in person and was easy to spot on the track. I probably missed seeing most of the OR peeps also because I didn't know who was who. hah.
