  1. That's freaking sweet. Great job.
  2. When they all look the same, you can. Welcome aboard, I love the NBM color, makes me miss my Camaro.
  3. Join the Army and shoot for free
  4. Had a blast coming in from Tarlton yesterday. I'll say Delaware was pretty covered for the most part, but not too bad. 4wheel high did it's job, but I think my Goodyear Wrangler HP's need to go.
  5. If you like spending money on gas, the V10 is pretty solid. If I had my choice I'd do the 7.3. We had an 01 Excursion come in, bone stock to the paper filter. With an SCT programmer we picked up more than advertised, with it making almost 400RWHP and just under 700FTLBS. His milage jumped from 14MPG up to 17-18 range. I'd hold off for the 7.3 Powerstroke, it would be a better investment.
  6. If you want to shoot off some full-auto weapons go down to the Knob Creek machine gun shoot. I hear it's a blast. I've shot basically everything under the sun as far as full-auto US/Russian military arms. M249, M240, M2, M134, 12.7mm Russian, PKM, RPK, AK47, MP5, Sweedish K (like a greese gun in 9mm), and a MAC 10. I'd really love to fire an H&K21 and a UMP45.
  7. +1 and it'll only get worse in the coming year to boot. And yes, even a .40S&W can stop a bear. If the Glock magazine was online, I'd post where a man had a grizzley bear inside his home, and killed it with a Glock 22. With the new advances in handgun calibers like .460 and .500 Magnum, one shot can stop a large bear, cougar, mountain lion, or any other larger creature.

  9. *fixed* We had a fun class though.
  10. I've had surefires for a while. My surefire on both my weapon and hand held have saved many lives. It's a great less than leathal tool to gain that suprise element. I still hold some what of a conscious against shooting those that are un-armed and stupid.
  11. I forget half the people I went to school with, so I really could care less. 02' Represent.
  12. Are stroker kits popular on those motors? C5 Z06 rotors are 12.8" - Front 12.0"- Rear C6 Z51 rotors are 13.4"- Front 13.0" Rear
  13. http://www.starsandstripesms.com/images/graphics/newsp2.jpg If this is it, that's pretty cool for a track car.
  14. Think of investing into a good surefire light aswell. A G2 light is relatively cheap and shines like the sun at night.
  15. I could care less now that he won personally. I was stating the obvious, but nobody seemed to care about the things that were said about Bush. Some of the shit I've heard is down right treason.
  16. Outside threat, then maybe. But indoors, would be a terrible choice of weapon. 5.56mm lacks the kenetic energy to "knock" down a threat.
  17. So far I think the liberal dream team is locked in. Obama- Center Biden- left wing Hillary- right wing Pelosi- goalie I'll figure out the defensive players later.
  18. Our breaching loads were quite similar, even out of a pistol gripped short barreled scattergun. Shotguns are a great tool for the trade, and down right brutal. As I've been hearing with our current economical status, police patrols will be on the decline. With that said, those without will go to those that have. It sucks to have to think about that, but I see crime will probably increase thanks to less of a police force being present. All the more reason to arm and train now. Few last points: -Train with the ammo you plan on keeping in your firearm. FMJ rounds compared to Hydrashocks for instance will have different results. -Check/inspect/clean firearm. That small piece of lint, may quite possibly restrict a firing pin from striking the primer. Check the staus of the weapon IE loaded or unloaded. -Don't use target load full metal jacket rounds for home defense. They'll work great for the zombies, but will over penetrate when Mr.Theif/Murderer comes in. Theres plenty of GREAT defense loads like Hornaday TAP, Speer Gold Dot, Federal Hydrashocks etc... - Get a good light. Anything from a mag light to a surefire to a walmart special works. 60+ lumens would be the best results. Just my $.02 for good home/family/self protection against any threat. (To incude zombies)
  19. Think of a bloddy rat hole. I won't go into further description or details, but that sums it up. Now the human head looks more like a deflated balloon after recieving a penatrating round.
  20. I'm noticing a lack of PID (Positive Identification) here. Shooting the suspect, firearm, caliber, and the aftermath are all apart of theinitial contact. Assuming, these break ins are happening in the middle of the night, a nice flashlight is a must. I can't begin to tell you the advantage, let alone reaction time you'll acheive with a 60+ lumen flashlight. PID is just another way to keep your balls from the boilin liberal water and the prison shower room. For you shotgun owners, yes, you have to aim. The fiction statement of it'll clear a hallway is BS. Maybe with bird shot and a long hallway, why not. But most smart people will load atleast 00 Buck loads either 2 3/4in or 3in shells. These loads will stay tight for a while, so think of it as a quarter sized bullet with lots of kenetic energy.
