Thought the 92's went over to the hyper-junk pistons, but the larger B303 style cam? Maybe I'm wrong, it's been a second since I've touched a fox body. Now if you come across some ford explorer 5.0 motors, yank the heads, and the lower/upper manifold. We just got done tuning a 91' with a Vortech S-trim, Trickflow top end, and a built AODE. Little 3,000lbs bastard belted out 445RWHP with some timing left in it. We started hitting around 320-330RWHP.

Keep between a 88-91 motor. I'm assuming you want a MAF car and not a speed density motor. I think a customer of mine might have a long block assembly w/ GT40 heads. I'll check.

Keep the stripes, it'll be 10 times easier to get the 4X4 off the bed than to clean up where the stripes were. Even if you took great care of it, there might still be a small reminder the stripes were there.
