  1. Got a letter saying my bike has been reclassified to Sport/High performance and because of this my rates "may be affected".No tickets perfect driving record I've been paying $250. a year. Called cust serv. they said my rates will go up to $893. per year not because of anything on my end but because there have been " A lot of claims on that particular bike"

    Unreal.

  2. "I own and we use Rigid 18v Lithium Ion drills and impact guns on the race car and sometimes go several days without a full charge being used almost all day.  They also are just tossed in and yanked out of the tool box, not well taken care of, and not treated like I treat mine at home.  I can 100% say these things take a severe beating and for the price we love them.  We carry 2 drills and 2 impact drivers and 6 batteries with 2 chargers.  Never had a single problem with them."

Not only are Rigid cordless drills reliable they also come with a lifetime warranty, On both the tool and battery. Its  the last drill I will ever have to buy.

  3. So who did you contact? I had a recall on a speedo cable they fixed it the three times it broke then came out with a new design on the cable. The new cable broke the housing on my speedo. Which they said was not covered by the recall.

    Speedy,

Peter Carleo @ Triumph was who I spoke with when my local Triumph dealer were dragging their feet on warranty work.He called the dealer and got the ball rolling real quick like. Hope this helps

  4. unless you have a KTM... then you have to buy a bunch of shit, solder a bunch of shit, and curse a lot... and shit.

glad you're having some luck with the program! if this does turn into a decent avenue of business for you, please consider donating to the developers. it really is a great program, and they're constantly releasing updates.

let me know once you feel comfortable working with it... i'd love to bring my KTM by.

No soldering required pretty much plug and play. Tune ecu is a knock off of http://www.tuneboy.com.au/.

  5. This is actually a common problem. Often the magnet is broken when putting the front rim back on(Tire change). The magnet is a brittle ceramic and easy to break. Best bet is to glue it back together with epoxy or shell out $180. and hope it doesn't break again.

  6. More details or a picture of what your trying to do...

Need a 2" link pipe flanged, With a slight off set. The can is T1, The link should be stainless. No real drawing of what I'm trying to accomplish here but I could probably find a pic of what the end result should be.Are you the welder I'm looking for Rawlins or just curious?

  7. Ok, Second thing to confirm is voltage at fan. You may have to remove plastics to get to it. Its directly behind radiator. With bike parked and at idle put your volt meter across leads at switch it should close at 180 to 190 I don't remember exactly because I lowered my set points, And I just noticed yours looks to be a 600 but the trouble shooting techniques will be the same. Also before you do that verify that the fan blades have not melted or warped from heat, This could cause fan to seize and cause the prob. you describe.Did you check fuse with meter or visually?Fuses can "look good" but actually be blown.
