2010 + SHO 3.5 TT 365hp stock (420+ with just a tune) I have a LMS Flash on my SHO and according to TQ it's a 4.6 0-60 and lots of guys are running 12's with just a tune and some good gas. I love my SHO other than it being a tank.

What size Turbo and what Intake I'll look in my old library and see If I got a scallar for you. Id start at 10 peak tq and work my way up. Just be careful of the DA make sure its set to 1.0 for all tuning sessions or else the car will be learning more timing as you go. As for the intake use the short cut from the cobb work sheet. Its just dividing the mm's and multiplying the offset. It will get you pretty darn close.

99StockGT If you stick to the cookie cutter builds you can just reflash but typically at that point you are going to need a custom tune update. The cost of a open source update vs a ap update should be the same at least it was back when i was tuning. Having an AP is nice for switching back and forth between tunes / boost levels or even fuel types. As for Scott helping. Make sure you pull timing from the base map. (4 degrees + post 1.8 load) 0% all WGDC set target fuel post 1.8 to 10.5 BABY THE CAR TO THE TUNER because the maf won't be scaled and its going to be way off.

I've met this guy and hey gave me a super weird vibe. He talked about his tunes abut when i started talking tuning to him he was clueless. I was out in a CTS-V I was tuning and he was in a white MB talking big game.

Thanks Man, It was a hard road, I know she's in a much better place now. She suffered for so long and almost passed away on many occasions. The day she passed she made me promise I would not sit and wallow in despair. She told me this: "Bill Please don't cry I won't be there to wipe you tears, Please Move on with your life." It wasn't easy it was super hard and I feel like its part of the reason I had become to dark and bitter. I am not sure to be honest. What I do know is I feel like a different person now.

I understand your concern, had her and I not started this adventure as nothing more then friends and neither of us looking for a relationship I'd be more concerned. But honestly I've never met someone I can get along with the way I get along with her. We were Very close friends before we took the next step. Also something to keep in mind is my wife has been on the verge of Death for a while. It's not cool but its a reality that her and I had discussed in length. If I could ask my wife what she thinks of the new me and all the aspects of my life I would say she would be PROUD and happy for me.

No actually I didn't get into it because of the GF. I wasn't dating when I had my spirtual awakening. It honestly happened one night I was sitting home alone very depressed and I just had an epifany i guess. It was beyond anything I can describe easily. Agreed, The way I met my GF is unique within itself. When my wife had a stroke she was the person who helped me take care of her until the squad arrived. My wife called Naomi her only friend in California. It's crazy how things happen sometimes.

I'd turbo it I've driven Twin Turbo and Supercharged 5.0's and both of them left me grinning ear to ear. If you want a more mild path go with the boss intake / Headers/exhaust and tune. You will be very happy with the results.
