I know the number of teeth on my front/back sprocket (16/45)

Anyone know of a good place to get them online?

Seems like every website I go to has a couple different ones with the same number of teeth.

Can i just get any sprocket with that amount of teeth or does it have to match the one on my old dinosaur bike???

I know about going up or down in teeth in the front/back.....I want to keep the same amount to teeth that I have now...just having a hard time finding out which is the right one. Also looking for a set to get both sprockets and a chain as well. Any help?
