There's a new place on the circle in Troy. They just started up a bike night. I've never been and don't know what the bike crowd is (harley, sport, etc) But it may be worth driving by? Then dagwoods for dinner and cruise up there??

Why not just start at the gas station in 35, do the roads that NN knows from Central State to Springfield. Then from Springfield head off toward Troy on the roads the 12oclocker knows? That'd probably make for a decent 3-4 hour ride?
