  1. When I talked to Wendall upon picking it up, he said it hadn't been run since he bought it. I am gonna talk to Aaron, he lives about two doors down from me and seewhat he might think. I tried to bump start it but it sounds like it starving for fuel. I had it choked but when I would throttle it, it would die right away. I will have to see about still going. I might push back to the September race. Thanks for the Ideas though. Much appreciated!

  2. My son shot a handgun this year when he was 6. Already Knows the rules and wears all the eye and ear Protection. I trust him more then some of the adults I have had to train or supervise as a line coach.

  3. Here is my problem with Unions, The warehouse I worked at, I was almost injured due to two employees being drunk. I was a Porter(glorified janitor) that night and was cleaning up a spill when these two assholes come flying through on HighLifts( Big ass stand up forklifts) and them comeback and try to slide around in the mess, one of them damn near takes my legs off with raised forks. Understand, I do not jump very high except that time, I cleared the forks and got slammed by the panel and bounced to the ground. I went Fucking NUTS!! After getting the union steward finally involved, they tell the supervisor and steward that they have been drinking. Know what happened to them? NOTHING!!!!!!!! But I almost got fired because I stormed out of the office and slammed the door which cracked the window. I had to goto an appeal hearing and the union was gonna let them fire ME!! Until I grabbed my cell phone and started making a phone call. When They asked who I was calling and I said my lawyer and then all of a sudden it was hang up,, lets talk about this some more! WTF?!!!!! And now you know why I hate Unions.

  4. They are Basically guided tours around the down town area led by a guide and he or she tells local Stories of hauntings and sightings, they are pretty good. Plus if you stay at some of the bed and breakfasts you might want to think again.

  5. We did Gettysburgh a year to the day after Sept 11th. That Place was amazing!!! We started to do the tape but after about 45mins, we decided to spend the money and get the guide. Absolutely the BEST money I have ever spent!! 2.5 hours long and the Guide was Amazing!! Hoping to return there again soon. We did the Ghost walk tours at night and those were fun to.

  6. So I have a head on view of an oncoming motorcycle over 500ft away in a 35mph zone and I should assume I DON'T have at least ten seconds to make that turn, because he COULD be in my passenger seat in less than four?

When I rode on the street I assumed that car was going to make that turn and was prepared to take evasive action.

    Responsibility. Accept it.

To be Honest Brian, If I even see a motorcycle coming when I am caging it or driving a semi, I will wait if I even have the slightest thought he might be hauling ass. I have missed my light due to it many of times. That's the responsibility I choose to use. I couldnt handle my conscience(sp?) if I killed a rider even if he was at fault. Just me on that one.

Oh and if you read my post from a little bit ago, you will see that I edited my post. I just was going off the details in play. read my reply after Tpoppa's post.

And yes, if you ride like an ass,"you are right, accept responsibility".

  7. The motorcyclist was doing 80+ a blew a red light through a busy intersection. The car had a green arrow...that's the story from eye witnesses. Bad situation :(

Sorry my Interwb skills suck tonight. meant to quote that in my last post. :D

  8. It was passed in this thread, you just didn't read it.

Sambusa, did read that but what it didn't say was he Blew the red light and she had a green arrow to turn which Tpoppa informed me on. That Is definitely the need to know part. But Thanks for pointing it out though. I had to go back because I thought I had missed it,untill I seen where it was at on page two.:D

  9. The motorcyclist was doing 80+ a blew a red light through a busy intersection. The car had a green arrow...that's the story from eye witnesses. Bad situation :(

Now THAT DEFINETLY changes the out come of fault. That part was never passed on in this thread, only the driver turned left in front of motorcyclist. So I will go retract some of my earlier post. Thanks for the full Details Tpoppa!

  10. I think you dropped your flip-flop back there, squid.

HA HA HA. Great reply you over educated fuck stick!! I actually wear my jacket, helmet and gloves and riding boots when I ride. I Have only rode my bike with out my jacket twice in the last 3 years. But of course from a fucking know it all douche bag like you I am a squid! Well....... after 15 years in the Navy and navy reserve, you are right I am a real Squid! But you are still an Arrogant Fuck!

    Rip Rider.

  11. UUuuummmmm, I missing something here did the car TURN LEFT INTO THE PATH OF THE CYCLIST? I DON"T GIVE A FUCK WHAT SPEED HE WAS DOING!!! IT IS CALLED FAILURE TO YIELD TO ONCOMING TRAFFIC!!! The car interfered with the path of a oncoming motor vehicle! the guy cold have been doing Mach3 for all I care!!! the car turned in front of him!

  12. I have had nothing but good things come from them, I bought my 06 in July of 07 and they dropped 3000 off the price. I paid less for it tax, title and out the door then had I bought a new bike before all the taxes and etc. I have taken a few friends there and my father in law bought his four wheeler there. they are a little higher on prices IMO but I still buy stuff from them.

I know JBCtown had and issue with him when his bake brake went bad on him though.
