  1. yeah we havent been out to hillard since we meet chipolte hog, r1LEyota, lil asian kung fu knee dragger, or whatever you want to call him. Next time you talk to him ask him if he has his bike back together.
  2. ^^^ thats perfect for most people that live around here especially cockring and crew, you know who im talking about McLovin. Let me guess that road leads to Strected Swingarm City or the "Warehouse"?
  3. Ignore those guys, yeah riding around columbus isn't the greatest but you can make it fun just for a few hours. If you're already riding out on sunbury road just head out east past hoover dam. A few good roads that you can mix it up on and then take them north to delaware and and get on the two lane section of 315. Also google Map the airport, you'll see a road that runs parallel to the northside of the airport btw 270. Fun stuff just watch for aiport police. Stay off of 315 highway section well at least don't make a habit of riding the hospital bend. Tired of people telling others to move to another state for good riding. Just shut up and tell em where to ride... Or wait maybe you don't really ride so you don't know where to go.
  4. google map the route... No less than 3 months? If this road is what you say it is then why are you taking a newb there? 3 months is barely enough to learn how use the brakes properly no wonder gixxie is afraid that people will be wrecking.
  5. Just because you see a bunch of squiggly lines on the map doesnt mean its a good road. Sure there are plenty of curves but as we found out with 555 its just a bunch of slow dog legs. 78 was good because it was curvy but you could carry high entry speed into the curve. 555 even without gravel in some of its curves they were extremely tight and slow going. One of us, I won't mention any names but he felt like he was gonna lose his head when sharing a curve with a on coming car.
  6. where do u plan on going?
  7. judging from the size of the chicken strips on that R1 looks like that guy doesnt get into those curves. Jk I can't wait to visit my grand parents down in souther VA and NC with the bike in tow. will be some nice riding thru the blue ridge.
  8. 105 is nice. I went to BG but never had the chance to ride my bike out there. Can be kinda straight and flat is an understatement.

    555!???

The triple nickle can't be the best Ohio has to offer. Went for a ride down there saturday afternoon with a few friends and I think the roads that we took to get there with the exception of 33 were more fun than 555. 555 is nothing but a bunch of slow dog legs. Don't get me wrong it was fun but there has to be something better. Any suggestions?
  10. need to get that little guy a red bull or something.
  11. LMAO we have the same exact set up except for the 600 stickers. Whats with that? You must ride in c mode all the time.
  12. i wont be able to make it, unless u guys head up towards columbus and I'll head back this way with you.
  13. Could someone please explain on how to register for trackdays with STT at mid-ohio. STT's website directs you to Mid-ohio's website which says the courses aren't available. right or wrong? safety wiring is only required for Advanced riders right?
  14. Yeah thats the plan so, if things work out we could meet at competition accessories
  15. so where are you guys meeting and what time? Going to columbus sunday morning to pick up the bike. I can either meet in cbus or dayton. Just later in the afternoon in dayton.

    Airport

Bridgeway Ave. is a nice mix of the two
  17. How do you plan on showing me some great roads around dayton when you don't have a bike. Hope you get that 14 by the time it gets warm. Yeah word spreads fast. Oh and I hope you have removed all emotional attachment to that 636 you just sold cause by the Crane's gf gets done with it... well you get the point.
  18. Sounds good guys, can't wait for this BS weather to pass. Until then take it easy.
  19. Sounds good. I took a long lunch break today actually drove the roads. Only two of them that i mentioned are good. Yesterday I just noticed the curvy roads sign and the first section and it looked pretty good then I went back to work and used our GIS softwear to look at them from an areial view and they seemed ok. Sadly I was wrong. So yeah I'll def. hit u up when it warms up. Are there any bike night around? Or do you ride up to the one in Columbus at quaker steak and lube ever?
  20. I moved to the dayton area not to long ago from Cbus. Brought my bike down for a week and said F@#$ it. I got bored really fast and I didn't have time to go looking for some twisties or my own track like I had around Cbus. So I took my bike back to my rents. Anyways I was driving around for work today and found some sweet roads right by my office. Just south of Dayton mall between Springboro and Franklin Sharts Rd. (yeah sharts rd) West Lower Springboro rd Cranes Run Rd. Shepards Rd. Thing is the speed limits are 25 and 35 and Cops are like roaches around here.

    Lemon Law

thats what I figured and thats what I think happened with those Zx 6s
  22. nah... my buddy just had a kid and need to get rid of it. only 1600 miles on it, with light scratches from him laying it down at the end of the drive way. sweet ass deal.
  23. Anyone have any suggestions on a few performance upgrades for the 07 gixxer. I've basically put my bike away for the year cause my job has me on the road all the fucking time. So I figure I might as well start upgrading it for next year. It may see some track time (gonna get my buddies 03 zx636 for the track) but mostly nice twisty roads. I already have an aftermarket exhaust, stock was the first thing to go. I have my own ideas for the rest but I'm open to other suggestions. Anyone do a chain and sprocket conversion or ignition module?
