  1. Any other opionions on Classic Cycles Unlimited on Morse Road in between Rt. 3 and Cleveland Ave? They do have a nice showroom and helpful staff...
  2. lol yeah. I need a valve adjustment done. I was told my an engineer that it's super easy to do... but I sucked at math in college so I chose another major.
  3. Alright. What is, hands down, the best, most trusted place to get your bike worked on? What's the worst? I'm new to riding, have an 02 CBR600F4i, and it needs its scheduled MX next year and I don't want any problems. I hate it when I take my cage in to get service done. I've had a lawsuit in the past with Firestone (when they put my timing belt on half backwards), and I don't EVER want to go through that again. I've heard that Ohio Motorcycle is pretty good (off Cemetery road on the northwest side). I've also been told to never take your bike into Ask. Alright, Discuss!
  4. by bike gets the left side of the bed. sometimes we cuddle.
  5. if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is
  6. dont think its possible without alot of fab work. First off you would have to change the swingarm to a RR swingarm. The stock exhaust set-up on a f4i cannot bend up and around the stock swingarm. the RR exahust bends up just before the swingarm allowing the exhaust to contour to the shape of the undertail. I guess its possible to leave the stock exhaust but just using the RR tail. But then again i dont believe its a perfect match up. plus that just looks horrible. instead of doing that, why don't you just buy the rear-end of a 2001-2003 F4i. They didn't have banana seats. still some fabrication and modding to do, but a lot less of a hassle than dealing with all that BS of the RR
  7. no sense in OMVLS (ludacris speed) ride safe
  8. the upped the price of the thing by 500 bucks:supergay:
  9. so i went up to Delaware co. to schedule a test. i also practiced weaving in and out of the cones. wtf? they were like 6 feet apart!! that normal? because i couldn't do it worth crap!
  10. well i fixed my brake light so i'm not worried about that anymore. just going to tuck in my skirt and take the test. one problem: i don't know what all they're going to test me on. i know there's a slow u-turn and weaving in and out of cones part. anyone have a diagram on what to expect? can't find anything on any website anywhere... think i might just find a testing station and watch people take the test.

    Help!!!!!!!

lol my car broke down in new rome a few years back in a speedway parking lot. I had my hood up and was looking for a problem with my engine. about 15 minutes later, a cop pulled up to the gas station and parked right next to my car. he went inside to get some coffee. when he came out, i was standing there with my hood still open and my hands covered in crap. "excuse me officer, my car broke down and i was wondering if there's anything you can do to help me." he looks at me, he looks at my car, he looks back at me, and i shit you not, these were his exact words: "i'm a cop, not a mechanic" then he hopped in his car, drove about 500 feet away and started clocking people. gahanna PD are fukkin' horrible too. i have no respect for them. it's like east germany over there. any other police officer, CPD, state highway patrol, i have a lot of respect for. they actually put their lives on the line everyday instead of these assholes.
  12. maybe you should have drove home drunk and avoided the trouble of getting pulled over? *bad idea*
  13. we should all get together and rally at the courthouse and demand his release... it works in the movies!
  14. just checked franklin county and delaware county's website: all classes are full until the end of the year. i'm going to take the MSF course in april of next year thru AD Farrow so i might as just wait it out. i'd go and take the test but i dunno if i'd be able to pass it since i have no idea what the course looks like...
  15. now now now, he was conducting a "private sting operation" remember? lulz, to hell oj!
  16. i've been riding for about 6 months. pretty sure i can ace the test. does it cost anything? i need to get my rear brake light fixed. it only works if i use the rear brake and not the front. will that disqualify my bike?
  17. if this is his first offence, then I'd think the judge will show some compassion... he made a mistake. we all do. this is something that he'll have to live with for the rest of his life. just remember, a fast bike is no match for a helicopter and a radio... espically in columbus since there's always always a chopper in flight. i hope it works out for him. thoughts are with you...
  18. i just read about what happened man... i'm sorry. if i knew your son better i'd help write a letter for him. i'm sure he's a good guy.
  19. sucks. guess i'll just keep in in the garage
  20. OK so here's the story. I only have my permit, not my license. recently i changed shifts at work from 1st to 2nd. If i get busted driving after dark, what are the fines/penalities? ever happen to anyone? anyone get busted on the interstate as well? i need to take the msf so i don't have to worry about this crap...
  21. 161W to Sunbury on the NE side is still a mess with loose dirt and gravel. I saw a harley dude get taken off by the paramedics a couple days ago at that exit.
  22. Howdy all, A buddy of mine told me to check out these forums... so here I am. I'm from the Westerville area and am looking to ride with some peoples sometime. All my friends here who own bikes never want to go anywhere fun. They don't want to go anywhere period. I've got a 2002 F4i... only real mod is a power commander and a Devil exhaust. I look forward to talking to you here on the forums and hopefully riding with ya'll before the season is over. Chow! Vinny
