  1. thanks for the replys. so what do you think for the price stay at mid ohio or camp somewhere else and just go to the races and do the track days. me and my family have grown accustomed to ammenitites like hook-ups. wouldn't be so bad if you could run a generator but i think thats against the rules during 'quiet time'. im worried it will be ass hot during the night and we wont even be able to run a fan!

  2. looking for a little insight. preferable the helpful kind. i'd like to check these races out. ive heard camping is a steal if u camp there the whole week. also have heard theres no hook-ups. i'd be bringing a 26 foot travel trailer. so i'd have to buy or borrow agenerator i guess. ive also heard after 2200 hours its quiet time and generators have to be shut down? i'd be bringing my children and am concerned about some of these issues.

So to the question. can anyone confirm or deny any of these things? can any give me some personel experience with this and recommendations up to and including not doing this. P.S. id like to do 1-2 track days during that week while i would be there. thanks.

  3. I like what your talking about.

speaking of liberty. one of my favorites from another pretty smart american. ' Those that who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty or safety'.

  4. I like what your talking about.

"to annouce that there should be no critisism of the president, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the american public"

This country, with its institutions, belongs to the people who inhabit it. Whenever they shall grow weary of the existing government, they can exercise their constitutional right of amending it, or exercise their revolutionary right to overthrow it.

if we see something crazy, its our patriotic duty to do something about it, not lay back and watch our liberty to be destroyed

  5. good times it looks like . hopefully ill get to meet some of u guys next year.

I'm not the one filming in those videos...that video was from the intermediate group. My best that weekend was a 1:19 in the advanced group, using a laptimer attatched to my bike. It was my first trackday. Here's some of my footage...it's not as good.

    My first session in advanced.

Getting help for DB from a control rider...

And footage of me, intermediate group...I know I wanna keep my head down. I'm still scared of T1 in this video.

  6. i will no doubt be doing mid ohio and putnam. i'm planning on trying out bluegrass and gratton or beaverun. so yes i'd be in just so long as i would not have some other commitment i could not get out of. i do believe bluegrass has already commited to easter weekend, april 11th and 12th to STT. that would be a good season opener. traveling south would increase potential for warmer weather. however rain is often in the forecast that time of the year.

  7. yeah after a year i figured i should come out of my shell. ive mostly used forums for info. but this one seems to be pretty social and i thought it may be a good platform to meet fellow enthusiast at rider's events. thanks to the warm welcome's
