We had dinner with some of the guys tonight. I dont know if you were there when we divided the big warehouse into 2 seperate ones but there are now 3 seperate tenant spaces, well 4 if you count the electric company. Its the smaller middle section thats for rent. From the estimates I got the rent was a few thousand a month and a several year lease. What kind of business are you thinking of/ Pm me if your trying to keep it a secret.
