I never run my brights during the day. I think it's annoying as hell whenever someone is coming at me with brights on, as well as distracting and I do not see the point.

The problem is, with it being a 2003, it did originally come with a title. Therefore it is titled in someones name. Since July, 1999 they all came with titles and the buying/selling/transferring title process should be done exactly the same as a car.

You need a title to get the sticker to ride in any state or government funded land. (i.e. Wayne or Perry, the 2 biggest riding areas around)
