  1. Yeah, it was slow slow, no damage done. Bike is fully rideable. http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=8737001559137085681&hl=en Here is one of them....haven't uploaded the others.
  2. Yep that was me, bike got all loose in back end and I took it off track and layed it in the gravel at like 5mph. Not sure what happened, haven't had a chance to check it out but have it on video, looks almost like the back brake was locked...yet I never use it at the track.
  3. Was a good day for sure. Rode in intermediate and had to deal with a lot of traffic issues. Did have a fun scrapping with a ducati (not sure why he was in I, he had an A sticker and race tires....) Hitting in the 49s when I could get some clearish track on street. Is that any good? I've never had a lap timer before. Here is one of the videos I got http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=8737001559137085681&hl=en Got the finger wave from a control rider passing people on the main straight, couldn't fit between all of them so I carried more speed in to get past them all and ran wide. Where there any photographers out there?
  4. 15 minutes with a dremel tool is all it needed.
  5. Yeah in the video I loose a ton of time there but have no problems outbraking most everyone. When the control rider told me to follow his line, I had so much speed, but when braking like I normally do I almost ass packed him. Took me till the end of the day till I could finally hold it wide open. A friend of mine was on a rs125 was in the advanced group and pulling away from everyone. Pretty amazing to watch, he was running in the 1:03's
  6. Yeah I do, too much work swapping out the street plastics all the time, plus I run the risk of snapping the plastic tabs on the stock plastics.
  7. Yeah it was great last time, but is was only I and A guys out on the track and we could go out and come in any time I wanted, no sessions.
  8. Track is fun, although pretty bumpy on the back straight. Had the bars shaking pretty good every lap. Didn't like NESBA's no passing on the inside rule. Made it so I had to be hard on the brakes and pass other bikes in the straight before tipping in. The LED event I did at mid ohio was better in this aspect. Coming weekend I'll be going to mid ohio, hopefully the weather holds. Video of one of the earlier sessions: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-8206382951826482612&hl=en
  9. Get over yourself, I could care less about your bike.
  10. Notice: I never said anything about your bike. I wouldn't want to do that kind of riding on a ZX14. It's simply not what it's made for. I imagine that thought is shared by many. Never said I was Rossi, never said I was fast. No ego here, but a fun challenge, that I'm all for.
  11. Where did I ever say my 600 was awesome? Where did i ever say your bike wasn't? Perhaps you should learn reading comprehension, stop being an arrogant prick and just go out and have some fun. If your ever in Columbus, give Chris a call, he has my number, we can find some twisties and race. I have no interest in Dayton, I lived there for 9 years and there is nothing making me want to go back, nor riding there to meet an egotistical person such as yourself.
  12. Wow, you were actually being serious....lol, okay well thats cool man I don't care about actually fighting about who is the faster rider. For arguments sake, you win, your amazingly fast and Rossi should be jealous, you lost chicken strips on the street, congrats to you if you think that means you are a good rider. You need to calm down. You just called Chris, thats nice, hope you two had a nice conversation and were able to stroke eachothers egos. I'm out.
  13. Damn you talk a lot of shit, I've got this nice little housing development why don't you come? Wouldn't want you to waste your time though...I saw the massive chickenstrips on the 636 you sold chris
  14. Mid ohio the last weekend this month?
  15. You can get injured at the track as well, granted it's not as likely and i keep my speeds here well below my track speeds. This is about as safe as it gets on public streets. (and probably much safer than those taco bell group rides with all the idiots involved with them)
  16. No, he was tucking his knee in. Yeah there are risks, I'm willing to accept them and it's my fault should I get hurt. You could end up injured while running from the cops, but hey, thats your perogative. I'd be scared to take turns like that on a zx14 anyways.
  17. Ouch, well stephan, your bike still looks pretty.
  18. Yeah was going about 65 when I went down slid about 70 feet, tumbled in the mud. No injures, luckily. It's a great place to ride.
  19. Wow....thread title....housing development Location: housing development (I don't want irresponsible people knowing as they will probably get it shut down) PM if you want to know the location and aren't going to do wheelies burnouts or other high profile stuff Time: 545 today This is it:
  20. Since you love to flame everyone and are generally an ass, I'll spell it out for you. I'm going and if anyone else wants to go there to ride around I'll be there at 545 or so.
  21. I'll be heading there after I get out of work, be there at about 545-6

    Ride types

From what I've seen most everything here is for bike nights, poker runs, and social stuff like that. Do you guys ever go on rides for the twisties?
