  2. do you have plans to go there any time soon? if so, let me know I'll come down and do some laps. they used to let us run our Blata pocketbikes there. that was crazy.
  3. <--- That is some of the best:monkeypoo: I have ever seen. +1 Chrisoh.
  4. yeah, a few years back it didn't matter that much, but now with kids and wife it's a lil different.
  5. I just watched the first video again and that light turned green so I'm assuming he ran a different red light.

I recommend jeep highly. Myself and three friends have jeeps, 3 cherokees and 1 liberty. None have had any major problems, unless from abuse.
  7. the indoor track in lawrenceburg?
  8. I wasn't being a dick just sarcastic. What are the shorts for? underpants I assume. I'm learning some new stuff around here. I always figured a helmet, jacket w/ pads and DC shoes were plenty of protective equipment. Now I'm looking into a pair of boots, and soon a 1 pc. suit. I would like to do some track days this year. I've been riding for a long time, but I never talked to many track guys. Anyway this group has broadened my horizons.
  9. this is pretty brutal. hope it's not a repost. http://www.wfaa.com/sharedcontent/dws/wfaa/latestnews/stories/wfaa071208_lj_police.7cca76de.html
  10. see if they have steel toe flip flops too:lol:. jk
  11. I have been a fan of Icon gear for a while now. leather jacket w/ removable liner, mesh jacket w/ removable sleeves (never take them off kinda pointless), and two helmets. I have yet to test the durability though.
  12. do they serve soup at the track?
  13. or anyone else that's interested. sorry didn't mean to leave out the the rest of Ohio!
  14. there are some good spots near Harrison, actually accross the border in Indiana. They use sand instead of salt in Indiana so it's going to be a while before its good to ride, but when it gets cleaned up I'll let the southwest ppl know and we can hit some good spots.
  15. this is completely off topic, but I read somewhere that a biker is the only one that knows what a dog feels like in the car window, anyone know who wrote that?
  16. welcome fellow southwestern ohioan
  17. it seems around here (Cincy) in the 1st of the season everyone waves, then by the middle of the season most true hardley guys quit because a rocket has prolly smoked them or wheelied past them or something, then by the end of the season everyone is waving again because they won't see each other for a while. kinda like the coyote and the sheep dog in that cartoon. new wave for 08'
  18. <-- patiently waiting for the next racer to wave or the next post which ever comes first.
  19. I was faced with a choice today. 1, ride the gixxer through sand, salt, and water all alone or, B, get the dirtbikes out and get friends and kids together and ride. I chose 2, especially since I just put big boy bars and upgraded suspension on the xr50. At any rate I had a blast enjoying some nice weather.
  20. try it now. I'm not very good at the enternut, I live pretty close to Fairfield.
  21. I'm not sure about sizing. I am 5'6" or 7" 147lbs+/- and wear 32 waist which is loose a little depending on brand, and large size t-shirts are loose. I have an Icon leather jacket but dont remeber what size it is. Any way do you think the suit will fit me?
  22. I'm sure many of you have seen this one, but might be some who have not. There is some offensive language. might be the best jump of all time. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Of3TJfYWbwU if you tried this one before and it did not work sorry. try it again.
  23. This is a reprint or whatever you call it of yellowledbetter. sorry if it's a repost, but some may not have seen it. enjoy. sorry bout that. this link works but you have to click the player twice.
