It looks like a cool phone, and being hspa+ will making it stupid fast. Just be aware that the snapdragon processor it has is underclocked to 800mhz, but its GPU is separate which makes its tons faster than the old generation of snapdragons in some ways. I just got an update for android 2.2.1, so I'm sure this phone will probably come with it, or get it shortly after release. It was just a link to an unlocked AT&T N1, they are all over ebay, but people are selling them used for more than what they were new. It's just cause you can't buy them anymore from Google without being a developer. Not sure what network you want to be on, but T-Mobile is coming out with the G2 which looks like it will be a pretty sweet phone. Chrome is awesome, I've also been using Firefox 4 beta 6 and its pretty solid.
