I've decided against the original one I looked at. I found another one that appears to be in much better condition. But I think I've made my mind up that I do want one, I just need to find the right one.

True story, did an oil change on a Civic once, pulled the drainplug and not a single drop of oil came out. Didnt make any noise, no warning lights, completely fine. We put a new filter on, added fresh oil and off they went.
I'm sure it is better to not let dirty oil sit over winter, but honestly how dirty is that oil anyway? Plus how much harm can it really do sitting in your oil pan? I've heard that it MAY dry on your clutch, and that can cause some damage to the clutch when you first start it. Repsol supposedly has an additive that prevents that.
