BTW the new classed offered are Fundamentals of Home Defense and Fundamentals of Concealed Carry.

This is a very different methodology than a lot of people have thought about. We incorporate what the body does naturally and work it into our defensive training.

We are looking to set dates in august for the advanced class. We are giving a taste of it in the shooting portion of our CHL class. This is why our class has become so popular and kept us so busy.

We have had a lot of great reviews from our nontypical CHL course and an equal amount of requests for advanced classes. Jason and I have worked our asses off and are now certified Defensive Firearms Coaches with I.C.E Training academy. It was a very challenging and frustrating experience that not many people make the cut for. We both agree that we have grown tremendously as instructors and learned a lot about ourselves throughout this whole experience.

We are now offering classes from the beginner just getting their CHL to the person who is wanting to hone their skills after attaining their permit.

So I finished up my TAC 2 with D.E.C./A.D.P. great class. I got more from this class and getter instruction than I received from similar classes. I highly recommend them and I will have a review up on the blog soon.

BTW, I am pretty confident that if it comes down to me defending my life in the pouring down rain I have it covered. Apparently I'm the damn rain man because every class I have been to lately, teaching or as a student, we have gotten dumped on.

June 22 is our next one. Speedy said he might be coming Down for that one possibly.

Got to playing around when i was reloading last night.

Haven't been on for a decade it feels. Teaching a class tomorrow then packing Sunday to leave for a class with a federal instructor in Missouri. Then June is booked with me either teaching a class or taking a class. Going to be hectic.

I have just shy of ten i think left.

We had a rather large class yesterday. I'm still beat. Maybe I'm getting old? I think I stood from 6 am to 8 pm. I never sat down to even eat lunch. I would say the second string of shooters we had were one of the most accurate shooters we had in a class so far in 8 months. I did shoot one guys HK and I can't remember the other guys obscure subcompact I shot. Both shot really well. Never had shot an HK before and I have to say the accuracy surprised me.

I still have early bird tickets available.

So I went to the NWTF banquet and brought home a Ruger 22/45 Lite. I haven't shot it yet but I have shot one before that a student brought to class. I think I got my money out of my raffle ticket.

Good times man!

We have a class tomorrow and im hitting the national wild turkey federation banquet. Hopefully I'll have a new gun or two to talk about next week on the blog.

But for real co-worker just signed up for 2 classes at Blackwing, told him about this organization and told him I would keep him updated when we figure stuff out. I actually had no idea he was into guns at all, or anything of the sort.

I am actively writing class outlines. I am planning on testing it out a few times this month to get the bits worked out then go live when the weather breaks. We are swamped with CHL classes right now. We have only had 3 weekends off this year so far. The one weekend we aren't teaching in march I am planning our first run through.

Unless your's is suppressed then you just hiss when you pull the trigger.

I know, big surprise when I say I agree with Jagr. Wanna guess what sets our classes apart from other's?

I just loaded 500 rounds of 40 last night to finish the series I started this week on the blog.

I'll keep everyone posted on dates and upcoming classes. We are in the process of designing class outlines and hope to have that out if the way by April.
