I have to be in Amanda @ 1. I just threw this up here for everyone in yesterdays Jimbos thread that wanted to change the plans to today. I was planning to go along for the ride and basically ride a loop down there and back up to my dads while everybody else continued on to lunch.

so what say yous? I rode in the winds all day yesterday and it was less than enjoyable. They are calling for 49 mph wind gusts. That will be like the ride home from dyno day, which sucked.

No choke, did not clean the choke valve (is that the thing that broke on the VTR?) and the diaphragm checks out ok. Might have to try it with the choke disconnected.

My ins co. let me keep mine, but I had to cut the chin strap off of it so it couldnt be used again. Explain what you want to do with it and offer to cut off the straps in front of him and maybe they will let you. If not, hand it over and go get a new helmet.

I adjusted the idle all the way out and it still idled very high, like half throttle. I did try covering it with my hand, didnt change the idle though. You know I gots beer. Call me. I might be at Yotas right after work though.
