  1. Well i have for sale my 98 Yamaha gp1200 bought it off of Berto on here late last year. Wont start did a compression test and front cylinder showed 60 middle and back were 145. Will need a top end rebuild at the very least maybe more idk im not a mechanic. other then that the ski is just amazing. ran great did 67 (gps verified)

    1998 GP1200

    - Rebuilt motor by previous owner, higher compression pistons, group k ported head, requires 93 octane.

    - aftermarket ride plate

    - Aftermarket water inlet grate

    - have disconnected the oil pump and am running pre-mix, but it can be hooked back up if you want.

    - Primer bulb installed in the factory choke location for perfect start ability

    - In really good condition for its age. Has a few scuffs but the plastic is not faded.

    - Yamaha factory cover.

    - Nu Jet impeller

    - Bonus, clear title.

-starter, battery and stator replaced brand new at beginning of 2012.

Will come with a shorelander trailer (pictured)

very light and easy to throw around.

  2. Thanks for the wealth of information! I'm currently trying with all vents downstairs closed and everything upstairs opened. We'll see how that goes. I have a fan blowing up the stairs, but it hasn't really made a difference. Perhaps a heavy duty one is in order. Ultimately it's only a real PITA at night when trying to sleep in a 80 degree bedroom, even with fans on. Oh well. I'll get it worked out. Thanks again all!

Let me know what you try and if it helps any. The wifes and is condo is the same way our "basement" is Half way under ground and stays the coolest, the next floor stays at what we set it to and the next floor is a good 6-10 degrees hotter and we have tried closing vents and making sure nothing is clogged and nothing helps. With a baby on the way I need to figure out how to fix that issue the easiest way possible.

  3. just curious, is it still really high? Do you know if they opened the dam to let some of the water out? Its funny bc i was there 2 days ago and i only had to back the boat about 4 feet down the launch ramp bc the water was so high!

was there yesterday they said they cant open the dam because everwhere else is full too  so yes its still full.

  4. Are all of the ramps open?

    Yes

Any pics of the actual marina and not just the ramp? I cant even imagine what that looks like.

I tend to leave my phone when on the jet ski lol

Might go out this afternoon if so ill get pics

  5. If any one went to alum creek today HOLY CRAP!

They said the water has risen 8 feet, yes FEET! my jet ski doc was broken off in the storm a few days ago and floating in the lake, luckily they were able to get it but its still broke and I had to swin though water to get to it today

and the water break wall by the marina ... almost the entire wall is under water, all the rocks are under water only thing showing is maybe a foot of dirt. it was crazy

you can see the picnic area is completely gone and benches under water
