Bethany beach deleware, its 20 minutes from ocean city md) but completely away from the crowd and craziness of ocean city. We go every year and love it. Private access to the beachs. Tons of condos that could be rented. Clean beaches not crazy busy and under 9 hour drive.

We will be going to a gym 3x a week and he will have scheduled PT for a while.

Throw away smelly couch replace with folding/camping chairs for more space. Or get one of those inflatable sectionals that you can easily clean.

This is what we do. Camping chairs. Folds up nice stores away. Cant afford the space of a couch lol

you can come out to brians saturday and see if my car makes decent power or blows up lol
