Many projects i want to do. Starting with the master bathroom/bed room. The master bathroom doesnt have a door on it , its just a big opening area into the master bedroom, it was a option from the house builder that these people didnt get so i want that done. Also want to plant some thick trees to create a privacy "fence" since we cant actually build a fence at all. Would also like to build a mini bar downstairs.

I will actually be up there more often now. We will still have the jet ski+ in the water all year, and since its a bike ride away i will be out more often to take a quick ride. No big boy boat, will get a pontoon to cruise on though. thanks man, still have that filter if you need it good sir. Gonna be a sweet summer, now push away the cold weather. thanks guys.

Not looking to rent, looking to sell asap ( just bought a house lol) i will have to check for sure but its between 1200-1600sqft 2 bedrooms 2.5 baths, 3 story(bedrooms up stairs, kitchen living room middle, "basement" is half above ground thats a full living space), 2 car garage and patio between the house and garage. Well some may have seen the wife and i were looking to upgrade from our condo in gahanna to a house. We actually didnt have to look very long before finding a house that met almost everything we wanted. Was just the perfect place. We ended up finding a nice house in lewis center, 1/2 mile from the alum creek marina. (JACKPOT!) Its in olentangy school district, which a good school was a must for the little one. 4 bed room, 3.5 baths, fully finished basement with another 1/2 bath down there. Super excited cant wait to have some BBQ's/bonfire out on the patio! I dont understand why people would want to run 1 lane? I guess if your using it to tune your stuff ok but the majority want to go out and run there friends. I like the trails in may like the head honcho posted. Trails track days are always a good time, and never have to worry about having enough entries. 1/8 mile lol nicky only reason you want that is cause of how slow you are ( yes i know im slow now days)

Why not leave earlier to miss all the traffic and get to work early?With this extra time Maybe grab some breakfast, read a book, knit a sweater.
