I would be leery as a new buyer buying something with a swapped tranny. In there eyes its wow what did he do to break it (even know you didnt) or if you tell them the truth that its for racing well then they would think its been ragged tohell and back as a race car.

I don't understand why anybody would make light of someone challenging a speeding ticket, or any ticket for that matter. One of the greatest things about being American is the ability to face your accusor and challenge what is happening to you. So whether you're in the right or not, there is absolutely no reason why you shouldn't challenge it, and anybody dumb enough to make fun of that process looses a lot of my respect.

BUt for any one that's ever watched a dirt track race, the laps are so stupid quick and the cars are so fast it would be hard to come around a corner and avoid something like this.

But if we're talking toughest, I'd go with Baja 1000 or Dakar Rally. Hour after hour after hour on open terrain at high speeds.

Guys are straight nuts and have the biggest nuts out of any motor sports including motorcycle road racing( they know the road and road conditions) baja 1000 is just a "hold my beer and watch this" moment for a 1000 miles.

Also nuts they run flat out in the middle of the night!

This exact thing was happening to a house near me and ive been watching it for the past few months. Looks like a dozer finally took it down. I started to think what i would do if this would happen.

If its totaled out (which it looks to be) I would be interested in knowing what insurance would want for it to buy it off them. I'd offer you some cash on top if you wouldn't want to hold onto it.

 

for example they may total the car and give you 30k

if you buy it back they'd give you 25k + the car.

 

& I would offer 5500 making you an extra 500 then the first insurance offer

From the pictures it appears you were both traveling in opposite directions, She went left of center and clipper your front quarter. You circled back around for the photos.

My guess is she came cliped him and hit so hard both cars kind of rolled back after the impact In to this position. Does look odd though.
